| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de Análisis de Caso tiene como objetivo utilizar las herramientas existentes y reutilizarlas en la “REINGENIERÍA DEL SISTEMA AUTOMATIZADO PARA EL REGISTRO DE ENTRADAS Y SALIDAS DE VEHÍCULOS A LA FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS ADMINISTRATIVAS GESTIÓN EMPRESARIAL E INFORMÁTICA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD ESTATAL DE BOLÍVAR, AÑO 2017” , estudia y analiza las falencias que presenta actualmente el sistema automatizado para el registro y control de entrada y salida vehicular; el siguiente propósito de reingeniería es utilizar nuevas tecnologías para mejorar y optimizar los tiempos de respuesta de los datos al momento de los ingresos y salidas al parqueadero de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas Gestión Empresarial e Informática. Mediante el manejo de las técnicas de recolección de datos, encuestas y observación directa se logró obtener la información necesaria para determinar los requerimientos faltantes del sistema automatizado para el registro y control de entrada y salida vehicular, sin embargo; será reutilizado gran parte del mismo, aquellos que servirán para establecer las funciones y objetivos generales para los usuarios y administrador del sistema. Para el desarrollo de esta aplicación se utilizó herramientas tales como: Open Hardware, Raspberry Pi 3, Python, Raspbian, Sistema Operativo Linux, lenguajes: PHP, JavaScript, HTML; Gestor de base de datos María DB, manejador de base de datos, los que permitieron el desarrollo y manejo de los datos y así poder realizar todas las operaciones de acuerdo al análisis de caso. | Descripción : | The present project of Case Analysis aims to use the existing tools and reuse them in the "REENGINEERING AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR THE REGISTRATION OF ENTRY AND DEPARTURE OF VEHICLES TO THE FACULTY OF ADMINISTRATIVE SCIENCES BUSINESS AND COMPUTER MANAGEMENT OF THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF BOLIVAR, YEAR 2017 ", in which he studies and analyzes the shortcomings of the automated system for the registration and control of vehicular entry and exit; the next purpose of reengineering aims to use new technologies to improve and optimize the response times of the data at the time of the income and exits to the parking lot of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Business Management and Information Technology. Through the use of data collection techniques, surveys and direct observation, the necessary information was obtained to determine the missing requirements of the automated system for the registration and control of vehicle entry and exit, however, a large part of it will be reused. Those that served to establish the functions and general objectives for the users and administrator of the system. For the development of this application we used tools such as: Open Hardware, Raspberry Pi 3, Python, Raspbian, Linux Operating System, languages: PHP, JavaScript, HTML; MariaBD Database Manager, database manager, which allowed the development and management of the data and thus be able to perform all the operations according to the Case Analysis.
