Resumen :	Para la presente investigación hemos seleccionado a la escuela “Manuel de Jesús Calle” del cantón Chunchi, provincia de Chimborazo, ya que responde a los requerimientos de las características de la educación siglo XXl, convirtiéndose en una realidad el sueño de cómo queremos ver a futuro a las instituciones educativas de nuestro país. Razón fundamental para ofrecer el presente trabajo a la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar, como fruto de su abnegada orientación técnica y científica al servicio de la sociedad que lo viene realizando en el País; por considerar que “EL ROL DE LA FAMILIA EN LA FORMACIÓN INTEGRAL DE NIÑOS Y NIÑAS DE CUARTO Y QUINTO AÑO DE EDUCACIÓN GENERAL BÁSICA DE LA ESCUELA MANUEL DE JESÚS CALLE DEL CANTÓN CHUNCHI, PROVINCIA DE CHIMBORAZO; DURANTE EL PERÍODO 2010 – 2011, determina el curso futuro de los acontecimientos de la acción educativa que realizan los padres de familia, docentes, estudiantes, autoridades y comunidad en general; convirtiéndose así en el medio más efectivo para llegar al éxito. Con el empoderamiento pleno del rol que debe cumplir la familia en la formación integral de los seres humanos a esto se suman los estudiantes y la institución educativa, sentaremos bases sólidas para que el presente y el futuro de nuestra patria tengan proyectos reales de vida. Hoy no podemos darnos el lujo de sacrificar a la niñez y juventud de no conducirlos y guiarlos responsablemente, al contrario debemos ser reales y objetivos cumpliendo con eficiencia y responsabilidad cada uno de nuestros roles en la actividad familiar, docente y estudiantil. En el I Capitulo nos referimos al marco teórico como fuente de energía inicial con la cual los investigadores enfrentamos el trabajo que consiste fundamentalmente en el rol de la familia y en la formación integral de los niños/y niñas de la Escuela Manuel de Jesús Calle”. En el IV Capítulo tratamos sobre la propuesta como alternativa de solución a través de Diseño de estrategias de intervención de la familia en las actividades extraescolares que contribuya a la formación integral de niños y niñas de 4to y 5to año de Educación General Básica en la Escuela “Manuel de Jesús Calle“. Lo que permitirá fortalecer el núcleo familiar como nexo fundamental para el éxito fracaso de las presentes y futuras generaciones. Esperamos que este aporte investigativo contribuya como guía para todos quienes desean salir adelante en la difícil y ardua tarea de educar al presente y al futuro de nuestra añorada Patria.
Descripción :	For the present investigation we have selected to the school "Manuel of Jesus Remains silent" of the canton CHUNCHI, county of Chimborazo, since responds to the requirements of the characteristics of the education century XXI becoming a reality the dream of how we want to see to future to the educational institutions of our country. Fundamental reason to offer the present work to the State University of Bolívar, as fruit of their self-denying technical and scientific orientation to the service of the society that he/she comes him carrying out in the Country; to consider that "THE LIST OF THE FAMILY IN THE INTEGRAL FORMATION OF CHILDREN AND GIRLS OF ROOM AND FIFTH YEAR OF BASIC GENERAL EDUCATION OF THE SCHOOL MANUEL DE JESUS REMAINS SILENT OF THE CANTON CHUNCHI, COUNTY DE CHIMBORAZO; DURING THE PERIOD 2010 - 2011,determina the future course of the events of the educational action that you/they carry out the family parents, educational, students, authorities and community in general; becoming this way the most effective means to arrive to the success. With the full empoderamiento of the list that should complete the family in the integral formation from the human beings to this they sink the students and the educational institution, we will sit down solid bases so that the present and the future of our homeland have real projects of life. Today we cannot give ourselves the luxury of sacrificing the childhood and youth of not to drive them and to guide them responsibly, on the contrary we should be real and objectives fulfilling efficiency and responsibility each one of our lists in the family, educational and student activity. XV In the I I Surrender we refer to the theoretical mark as source of initial energy with which the investigators face the work that consists fundamentally on the list of the family and in the integral formation of the children and girls of the "School Manuel of Jesus Remains silent". In the IV Chapter we try on the proposal as solution alternative through Design of strategies of intervention of the family in the activities extra scholars that it contributes to the integral formation of children and girls of 4to and 5to year of Basic General Education in the School "Manuel of Jesus Remains silent". what will allow to strengthen the family nucleus as undamental nexus for the success failure of the present and future generations.. we Hope this investigative contribution contributes like guide for all who want to leave ahead in the difficult and arduous task to educate to the present and the future of ours missed Homeland.
