Resumen :	El presente proyecto se lo realizo en la cabe recalcar que la información recolectada es muy importante y verídica, ya que hemos contado con la ayuda de las propietarias y nos han brindado la información necesaria. La investigación que hemos elaborado nos muestra que no cuentan con un buen control de inventarios, es por eso que les hemos dado a conocer la mejoría que tendría tanto en sus compras como en sus ventas ya que se sabría una cantidad exacta del inventario. Es por eso que hemos planteado los objetivo tanto general como especifico los cuales se han cumplido. La empresa ha tomado la decisión de mejorar sus inventarios y mejorar la administración y controlar sus inversiones y así poder mejorar la satisfacción de sus clientes.

It should be emphasized that the information collected is very important and true, since we have had the help of the owners and have provided us with the necessary information. The research that we have shown shows that they do not have a good control of inventories, that is why we have made them aware of the improvement that you would have both in their purchases and in their sales since an exact amount of inventory would be known. That is why we have raised the objectives both general and specific which have been met. The company has taken the decision to improve its inventories and improve the management and control of its investments to improve the satisfaction of its customers
