Resumen :	El presente proyecto de investigación pretende determinar el impacto de un sistema informático para la aplicación de reactivos de la Unidad de Titulación de la carrera de sistemas de la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas Gestión Empresarial e Informática de la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar, año 2016 - 2017. Una vez analizado las diferentes alternativas para la aplicación de reactivos, y obteniendo información en la Unidad de Titulación de la Escuela de Sistemas se ha puesto en marcha el proyecto de investigación, para lo cual se ha desarrollado un sistema informático que facilita la elaboración, revisión y almacenamiento de reactivos. La hipótesis planteada fue “con la utilización de un sistema informático mejora la gestión de reactivos” en la Unidad de Titulación de la Carrera de Sistemas. Mediante diferentes métodos, técnicas e instrumentos como entrevistas, encuestas y observación, aplicado a todos los involucrados en la Unidad de Titulación de la Escuela de Sistemas, se obtuvo información relevante para poder conocer el proceso que realizan en la gestión de reactivos. Con la presente investigación se demostró que con un sistema informático mejora los procesos de la gestión de información de reactivos agilitando la elaboración, revisión, almacenamiento, tiempos de respuestas y consultas.
Descripción :	The present project of investigation claim to resolve the impact of a computer system for the application of reactives of the Unit of Degree of the Career of Systems of the Department of Administrative Sciences, Business Management and Computing of the State University of Bolivar, year 2016-2017. After analyzing the different alternatives for the application of reactives, and compiling information in the Degree Unit of the School of Systems, it has been implemented the project of investigation, for which a computer system has been developed that facilitates the devising, revision and storage of reactives. The hypothesis set out was "with the use of a computer system improves the management of reactives" in the Unit of Degree of the Systems Career. By means of different methods, techniques and instruments such as interviews, surveys and inspections, applied to all those involved in the Unit of Degree of Systems, important information was obtained to know the process that they make in the management of reactives. With the present investigation it was demonstrated that with a computer system it improves the processes of the information management of reagents, speeding up the devising, revision, storage, response times and look up.
