Resumen :	Hasta hace relativamente poco no existía nada relacionado con la estrategia didáctica en el sistema educativo. La única ayuda de la que se disponía para estudiar era la memorista, y aquellos estudiantes que no entraban en ese proceso tenían que abandonar la escuela. Por suerte, esto está ya superado y la docencia de hoy dispone de una serie de recursos encaminados a favorecer el aprendizaje de nuestros educandos. Así nuestro proyecto, profundiza la importancia de la utilización de estas estrategias didácticas en el desarrollo de destrezas con criterio de desempeño, describiendo el porqué es fundamental considerar la aplicación adecuada de las estrategias educativas. Desde ese punto de vista nuestro proyecto versa sobre: Las Estrategias Didácticas en el desarrollo de destrezas con criterio de desempeño en el Área de Lengua y Literatura de los Estudiantes del Séptimo Año de Educación Básica de la Unidad Educativa “Adolfo Páez”, perteneciente al Cantón Echeandía, Provincia Bolívar, durante el periodo lectivo 2011 – 2012. El tema expuesto tiene el propósito de establecer en los docentes lineamientos esenciales acerca del empleo de las estrategias didácticas en su proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje de una manera eficiente.Es así que su principal objetivo es el de promover las Estrategias Didácticas para el desarrollo de destrezas con criterio de desempeño en el Área de Lengua y Literatura, este objetivo puede ser logrado concientizando y motivando a los docentes para que implementen en sus actividades diarias procedimientos que estén relacionados a los temas que plantee al estudiante mediante su proceso pedagógico y el cual de estar acorde la Actualización y Fortalecimiento de la Educación General Básica. El proyecto de investigación está integrado por cuatro capítulos estructurados de la siguiente manera: El primer capítulo hace referencia al Marco Teórico el cual se divide en; Teoría Científica, Marco Legal, Teoría Conceptual y Teoría Referencial. En la teoría científica, se hace una sustentación teórica a través de importantes contenidos científicos relacionados a las variables, los mismos que brindan el soporte necesario al trabajo de investigación, y además serán de gran utilidad para enriquecer los conocimientos de los diferentes actores inmersos en el proyecto. En el marco legal, constan artículos referentes a los derechos de la educación, extraídos de la Constitución Política del Ecuador, abalizando de esta manera plenamente el trabajo de investigación. La teoría conceptual, es una composición conceptual de un número determinado de términos importantes que necesitan de una clarificación científica muy bien definida. Para concluir con el marco teórico tenemos la teoría referencial, en la cual se hace mención al objeto y lugar de estudio, exponiendo datos importantes de la institución educativa en la cual se ha desarrollado la investigación. El capítulo dos; está conformado por las estrategias metodológicas, que incluyen los siguientes elementos de investigación; El propósito, el nivel y el lugar de la investigación, las técnicas e instrumentos para la obtención de datos, el universo, el procesamiento de los datos y los métodos utilizados. El capítulo tres denominado Análisis e Interpretación de Datos describe los siguientes aspectos; los cuadros y gráficos estadísticos, fuente de la información, la interpretación de cada una de las preguntas de la encuesta aplicada a los docentes y estudiantes, la comprobación de la hipótesis, conclusiones y recomendaciones. Todos estos datos fueron factores esenciales para diseñar una propuesta que dé solución al problema planteado. El capítulo cuatro, se encuentra integrado por una propuesta mediante la cual exponemos algunas estrategias didácticas para fortalecer la comprensión lectora, la lectura y escritura de los estudiantes y que sin duda serán de gran aporte para desarrollar un aprendizaje significativo del área de lengua y literatura.
Descripción :	Until ago relatively little it didn't exist anything related with the didactic strategy in the educational system. The only help of which prepared to study was the memoirist, and those students that entered us in that process they had to abandon the school. For luck, this is already overcome and today's decency has a series of resources guided to favor the learning of our educandos. This way our project, deepens the importance of the use of these didactic strategies in the development of dexterities with acting approach, describing the reason is fundamental to consider the appropriate application of the educational strategies. From our point of view project it turns on: The Didactic Strategies in the development of dexterities with acting approach in the Area of Language and Literature of the Students of the Seventh Year of Basic Education of the Educational Unit "Adolfo Páez", belonging to the Canton Echeandía, County Bolívar, during the period elective 2011 - 2012. The exposed topic has the purpose of settling down in the educational essential limits about the employment of the didactic strategies in its teaching process - learning in an efficient way. It is so their main objective it is the one of promoting the Didactic Strategies for the development of dexterities with acting approach in the Area of Language and Literature, this objective can be achieved informing and motivating to the educational ones so that they implement in its activities daily procedures that are related to the topics that it outlines to the student by means of its pedagogic process and the one which of being in agreement the Upgrade and Invigoration of the Basic General Education. The investigation project is integrated by four structured chapters in the following way: The first chapter makes reference to the Theoretical Marco which is divided in; Scientific theory, Legal Marco, Conceptual Theory and Theory Referential. In the scientific theory, a theoretical sustentation is made through important scientific contents related to the variables, the same ones that offer the necessary support to the investigation work, and they will also be of great utility to enrich the knowledge of the different actor’s immerses in the project. In the legal mark, they consist relating articles to the rights of the education, extracted of the Political Constitution of the Ecuador, abalizando this way fully the investigation work. The conceptual theory is a conceptual composition of a certain number of important terms that you/they need very well of a scientific clarification defined. To conclude with the theoretical mark we have the theory referential, in which mention is made to the object and study place, exposing important data of the educational institution in which the investigation has been developed. The chapter two; it is confirmed by the methodological strategies that include the following investigation elements; The purpose, the level and the place of the investigation, the techniques and instruments for the obtaining of data, the universe, the prosecution of the data and the used methods. He surrenders three denominated Analysis and Interpretation of Data describes the following aspects; the squares and statistical graphics, source of the information, the interpretation of each one of the questions of the survey applied the educational ones and students, the confirmation of the hypothesis, conclusions and recommendations. All these data were essential factors to design a proposal that of solution to the outlined problem. The chapter four, it is integrated by a proposal by means of which we expose some didactic strategies to strengthen the understanding reader, the reading and the students' writing and that without a doubt they will be of great contribution to develop a significant learning of the language area and literature
