Resumen :	Los valores, son verdaderas luces guías, por los cuales, el hombre y la sociedad, deben guiarse. Para lograr el bien común de todos (distinto del bien público). Los valores, suponen un perfeccionamiento del ser humano. Ya que todos somos perfectibles. Por lo mismo, los valores nos ayudan e impulsan, a ser mejores seres humanos. El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “ LOS VALORES HUMANOS EN EL RENDIMIENTO ACADEMICO DE LOS NIÑOS Y NIÑAS DEL SEGUNDO AÑO DE EDUCACION GENERAL BASICA PARALELO “D”, DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA “JUAN DE VELASCO” DE LA PARROQUIA MALDONADO, CANTON RIOBAMBA, PROVINCIA CHIMBORAZO, DURANTE EL PERIODO LECTIVO 2013-2014” se realizó con el fin de investigar la influencia que tiene los valores humanos en el desarrollo de la inteligencia y su aplicación práctica de conocimientos en el convivir diario. En la parte preliminar del trabajo se encuentra el planteamiento del Problema, de aquí se partió para de forma posterior ir proyectando y llegar a lo planificado. El planteamiento de los objetivos, la formulación de la hipótesis y la determinación de variables sirvieron de base para realizar de forma adecuada el proceso investigativo. Para poder fundamentar el trabajo hemos seleccionado una metodología adecuada que ayude a sustentar, administrar y ejercer un seguimiento y control de todo el proceso investigativo. Se encuentra inmerso el Marco Teórico, dentro del cual está la teoría científica que son las bases teóricas recogidas e investigadas de diversos libros, páginas web para posteriormente hacer un riguroso análisis y sacar información de primera mano, en el Marco Legal se cogió información de la Constitución del Ecuador, Ley Orgánica de Educación Superior, Reglamento Codificado de Régimen académico del Sistema Nacional de Educación Superior, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación, Sociales, Filosóficas y Humanísticas de la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar. La Teoría Conceptual contiene términos técnicos que se utilizó en el desarrollo del trabajo. En el Capítulo I ,la Teoría Referencial o Contextual se encuentra los antecedentes del lugar donde se aplicó la propuesta. En el Capítulo II, tiene inmerso a la Estrategia Metodológica, la cual contiene las técnicas que se emplea para realizar en forma sistemática el trabajo que se basa en métodos, tipos de investigación, técnicas e instrumentos para la obtención de datos, universo y muestra y el procesamiento de datos. Para poder sustentar estadísticamente la investigación la encuesta, la entrevista y la observación han sido los instrumentos importantes para la obtención de la información. En el Capítulo III análisis e interpretación de Resultados ha facilitado establecer estadísticamente importantes resultados, los mismos que han permitido constituir importantes conclusiones sobre el fenómeno de estudio. Mediante la comprobación de la Hipótesis se llegó a establecer que los valores humanos si inciden en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes, desde esta óptica el planteamiento de una propuesta que satisfaga las necesidades de la Escuela. En el Capítutulo IV, Se muestra la propuesta que consiste en el diseño de paneles ilustrativos que serán ubicados en partes estratégicas de la institución.
Descripción :	Values are true light guides, for which, man and society, must be guided. To achieve the common good of all (other than the public good). The values represent an improvement of the human being. Since everyone is perfectible. Therefore, the values help us and drive to become better human beings. This paper titled "Impact of human values in the academic performance of CHILDREN OF SECOND YEAR OF BASIC EDUCATION GENERAL PARALLEL" D "of the Education Unit" JUAN DE VELASCO "THE MALDONADO parish, Riobamba Canton, Chimborazo Province, in the school year 2013-2014 "was conducted in order to investigate the influence of human values on the development of intelligence and its practical application of knowledge in daily living. In the preliminary work is part of the problem statement, here it is left for projecting posteriorly go and come as planned. The approach of the objectives, hypothesis formulation and determination of variables formed the basis for adequately the investigative process. In order to support the work we have selected an appropriate methodology to help support, manage and monitor and exercise control over the entire investigative process. It is immersed in the theoretical framework within which scientific theory is the theoretical basis that are collected and investigated several books, web pages for later make a rigorous analysis and get firsthand information on the Legal Framework took her information Ecuador Constitution, Law on Higher Education, Academic system Coded Regulation of the National System of Higher Education Degrees and Titles Regulations of the Faculty of Education, Social, Philosophical and Humanistic State University of Bolivar. Conceptual Theory contains technical terms that are used in the development work. Referential Theory and Context is the history of the place where the proposal was implemented. Has immersed the methodological strategy, which contains the techniques used to perform work systematically based on methods, types of research, techniques and instruments for data collection, universe and sample and data processing. To statistically support survey research, interview and observation have been important tools for obtaining information. Analysis and interpretation of results has facilitated establish statistically significant results that have enabled them make important conclusions about the phenomenon of study. By checking the hypothesis that came to be established if human values affect the academic performance of students, from this perspective the approach of a proposal that meets the needs of the school. The proposal involves the design of illustrative panels that will be placed in strategic parts of the institution shown.
