| dc.description | SUMMARY The main object of the present work is the countable process, specifically in the administrative administration - financial. With such a purpose the most outstanding aspects were examined in the Warehouse ORD LEON of the city of Lago Agrio, determining the importance of prudential controls in the obtaining of the countable information and their reports that they have as purpose to identify, to evaluate, monitorear and to control the goods for the commercial administration. In the development of the present investigation the causes were approached that originated the problem, the same ones that were treated in the diagnosis and that consequently they left giving solution with the general objective that was “to Determine a Countable Process that contributes to the improvement of the Administrative and Financial administration of the Warehouse “Ord León” of the city of Lago Agrio in the period 2012 - 2013”; as well as with the activities proposed in the specific objectives that allowed to conclude with a proposal of operative limits for the application of the Countable Process in the administrative administration-financial of the Warehouse “Ord León” of the city of Lago Agrio in the period 2012 - 2013. They were all the topics about the countable process and the administrative and financial administration that offered an enriching theoretical mark, after that which you could visualize a focus propositivo that points to the attainment of the general objective. In the diagnosis phase it was possible to capture the whole required information on the part of the proprietor and employees, the same ones that were processed and analyzed in he/she offers of being able to carry out a significant contribution for the institutional development in the field of the financial management and to consider the tools adapted in the countable process. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | El objeto principal del presente trabajo es el proceso contable, específicamente en la gestión administrativa - financiera. Con tal propósito se examinaron los aspectos más destacados en el Almacén ORD LEÓN de la ciudad de Lago Agrio, determinando la importancia de controles prudenciales en la obtención de la información contable y sus reportes que tienen como finalidad identificar, evaluar, monitorear y controlar los efectos para la gestión comercial. En el desarrollo de la presente investigación se abordaron las causas que originaron el problema, las mismas que fueron tratadas en el diagnóstico y que consecuentemente se fueron dando solución con el objetivo general que fue “Determinar un Proceso Contable que contribuya al mejoramiento de la Gestión Administrativa y Financiera del Almacén “Ord León” de la ciudad de Lago Agrio en el período 2012 - 2013” ; así como también con las actividades propuestas en los objetivos específicos, que permitieron concluir con una propuesta de lineamientos operativos para la aplicación del Proceso Contable en la gestión administrativa – financiera del Almacén “Ord León” de la ciudad de Lago Agrio en el período 2012 – 2013. Se trataron todos los temas acerca del proceso contable y la gestión administrativa y financiera, que ofrecieron un marco teórico enriquecedor, luego de lo cual se pudo visualizar un enfoque propositivo que apunta a la consecución del objetivo general. En la fase de diagnóstico se logró captar toda la información requerida por parte del propietario y empleados, las mismas que fueron procesadas y analizadas en procura de poder realizar un aporte significativo para el desarrollo institucional en el campo de la gestión financiera y considerar las herramientas adecuadas en el proceso contable. | en_US |
