Resumen :	Para que despierte en el estudiante, la necesidad por aprender y el interés suficiente para desarrollar sus habilidades, el docente debe aplicar mecanismos de forma que sea capaz, por sí mismo, de solucionar los problemas que se le presenten y llegar a la autorrealización, bajo este aspecto se presenta el tema actitud del rol docente en el aula y el aprendizaje efectivo con los estudiantes de 5º a 7ºaño de Educación Básica de la Escuela mixta ciudad de Quevedo, Cantón Quevedo, Provincia de los Ríos periodo 2012. Apreciar a sus estudiantes, es fijar sus cualidades y potenciar sus destrezas. el docente hace posible que el estudiante reconozca sus fortalezas y acepte sus diferencias; de modo que valore y valore a los demás, fomentando la solidaridad y el respeto a través de la interacción con sus compañeros, por consiguiente es planteado el problema sobre ¿El desconocimiento de actitud del Rol Docente en el Aula dificultará el Aprendizaje efectivo con los estudiantes de 5º a 7º Año de Educación General Básica de la Escuela Fiscal Mixta Ciudad de Quevedo Cantón Quevedo Provincia Los Ríos Periodo 2012?, mismo tiene un propósito de determinar la actitud del rol docente en el aula, con técnicas innovadoras, para el aporte del aprendizaje efectivo con los estudiantes de cuarto a séptimo año de Educación General Básica. Bajo este parámetro en la investigación es planteado acciones, de identificar las falencias de la actitud del rol del docente en el aula con el estudio de datos, postulando encuestas a estudiantes, entrevistas a docentes para el aprendizaje efectivo en los niños y niñas; describir papel que desempeña el rol del docente, con teorías conductista, constructivista y cognitiva para el desarrollo de potencialidades del aprendizaje efectivo de los estudiantes; pproponer seminario - taller de técnicas innovadoras, para el cambio de actitud del rol docente en el aula y su evolución en la práctica cotidiana del aprendizaje efectivo, es importante considerar también el planteamiento de la hipótesis:aporta la determinación de la actitud del rol docente, con técnicas innovadoras en el aprendizaje efectivo de los estudiantes de la Escuela Fiscal mixta ciudad de Quevedo; luego del estudio efectuado es comprobado la hipótesis,indicando la determinación del rol del docente con técnicas innovadoras aporta en el aprendizaje efectivo de los estudiantes. Las variables planteadas son: Variable Independiente el rol docente en el aula. YVariable Dependiente aprendizaje efectivo. Los tipos de investigación aplicadas es la básica, aplicada, descriptiva, bibliográfica de campo. Los métodos inductivo, deductivo, fenomenológico, histórico y de campo, entre las técnicas e instrumentos entrevista y encuesta, un diseño transversal, con universo formado por 7 maestro s y 90 estudiantes; el procesamiento de datos está basado en una codificación con frecuencias y porcentajes, aportó en la comprobación de las hipótesis. El análisis e interpretación de resultados fue ejecutado con el19,38% que sí aportan algunos maestros, y el 70,63% no aportan en el aprendizaje con técnicas. En conclusión los maestros no tienen una actitud comprensiva con los estudiantes puesto que es poco motivadora, hace falta concentración y actitud positiva en el proceso aprendizaje.Pensamos que la motivación con técncias de trabajo mejora el aprendizaje porque es algo que queremos aprender y es provechoso ya que determina la reflexión, creatividad atención en el aprendizaje, es de vital importancia la capacitación eb las técnicas de aprenbdizaje puesto que con la práctica se aprende. Pues investigación ayudó a recomendar que, en la institución se realicen seminarios talleres de técnicas innovadoras para el aprendizaje efectivo, para los docentes sean proactivos y responsabilizarse de su accionar pedagógico en el aula de clase, tomando en cuenta que todo lo que ocurre en ella es de su competencia. Para finalizar como mejor amigo esta la propuesta con técnicas innovadoras para el cambio de actitud del rol del docente, cuyo objetivo fue el desarrollo de 9 técnicas innovadoras para el cambio de actitud del rol del docente dirigida hacia la innovación y evolución de la práctica educativa, indican paso a paso como aplica al dictar una clase con los estudiantes facilitando el aprendizaje efectivo. El seminario taller fue evidenciado con un plan operativo emitiendo respuestas significativas en el rol docente, formación en valores con espacio de reflexión y análisis y fortaleciendo actitudes éticas y responsables, es decir para que el docente y estudiante responda a sus necesidades y las del entorno.

The outlined variables are: Variable Independent attitude of the educational list in the classroom. and Variable effective Dependent learning. The applied investigation types are the basic, applied, descriptive, bibliographical of field. The inductive, deductive methods, phenomenological, historical and of field, between the techniques and instruments interview and it interviews, a traverse design, with universe formed by 7 teacher s and 90 students; the data processing is based on a code with frequencies and percentages, it contributed in the confirmation of the hypotheses.
