This study aimed to analyze the degree of analgesia , applying three analgesic protocols ( Tramadol - ketorolac , Meloxican - butylscopolamine , Tramadol - acepromazine ) in canine ovariohysterectomy in Canton Guaranda , for which 15 dogs of different breed , age is used and sex. 5 bitches were distributed analgesic plan. Painkillers were administered after induction and during surgery. Physiologic parameters were measured using a multi- parameter monitor and by direct examination. According to the information yielded by the monitor and the result of the direct examination the presence of pain was evident by increased respiration, heart rate, etc. Bitches who received the combination of ketorolac Tramadol showed more signs of moderate pain. Using more butylscopolamine Meloxicam did not provide analgesia sufficient during surgery, so it required a rescue analgesic. Bitches who received the combination of acepromazine Tramadol showed more signs of mild pain. Bitches in Cocker Spaniel breed was observed that administration of ketorolac or Tramadol Tramadol more intra Acepromazine produced excellent surgical analgesia
