    The present investigative work, has for object to determine the incidence of the vocational initiatives in the school desertion, along the history remarkable beings that have arrived to the peak of the success, have realized but always had been born in us certain questions! How have these geniuses arisen?, What does he/she make us different to them?; have we never given answers to these queries. Today in day we can know that those individuals had an orientation and total inclination in what you/they stood out. Something similar it is needed in our educational institution; the music is a special and complex art to which not all can consent easily, the good intentions are not enough, we need something but like it is to have and to feel, I like for that we make, most of the society ignores of this important necessity that requires the future "musician" Most of family parents to the conservatory perceives it as an area of more esparcimiento, and I don't eat an Educational Institution; for not having in the institution human resource that he/she helps to guide the student and representative. Here the problematización resides for the one that we are crossing. The vocational initiatives are indispensable in the musical field, a great number of the educandos enters to the conservatory many of the times against its will, what gives place to the desertion The serious solution that the social conscience is related with the musical art, by means of an appropriate orientation of the authentic vocational initiatives.
