This paper It includes the description of the elements leading to development of the theme to focus the studies needed them in geodynamic seeks to reduce risks currently happening in the city of Guaranda, calling logically integrating all sectors of the population so that should come together in a large development plan long term and have the option city ​​of Guaranda to expand in sectors that are less vulnerable in terms of It refers disasters. It should be clear that in general terms the relevance of design works against disasters that occur in Guaranda; this requires further as far as possible development, formulation and implementation of plans of immediate action where access domestic and nongovernmental organizations to fund these mitigation plans.
