Resumen :	La presente investigación denominada: Implementación de un Programa Educomunicativo asociado a la adherencia al tratamiento antifímico en el Centro de Salud “Indio Guayas”, periodo enero - abril 2023, tuvo como objetivo la elaboración y posterior implementación de un programa educomunicativo basado en el autocuidado de Dorothea Orem previa toma de referencia de los conocimientos de los pacientes. La metodología utilizada estuvo basada en un estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo y documental a través de la aplicación de dos encuestas la primera sobre datos socio demográficos con 9 ítems y la segunda nivel de conocimiento con 11 ítems, en un mismo instrumento de recolección de datos, aplicado a 20 pacientes confirmados con TB de sexo masculino y femenino, que realizan su tratamiento en el Centro de Salud Indio Guayas de la ciudad de Guayaquil, en lo referente al tratamiento de la información implico el uso de software estadístico para establecer el análisis en el cual refleja que el 35% de pacientes con TB son del sexo femenino, contrario a la mayoría que está conformado por el 65% pertenecientes al sexo masculino. Entre los factores que condicionan la adherencia destacan los socioeconómicos, en donde el 55% de los pacientes se encuentran a una distancia entre 10 a 20 minutos a pie y más de 20 minutos con un 10%, con estos resultados se llega a la conclusión de que la implementación del programa educomunicativo resulta ser una estrategia prometedora para fortalecer la adherencia al tratamiento antifímico. Descripción :	The present investigation called: Implementation of an Educommunicative Program associated with adherence to anti-fimic treatment in the “Indio Guayas” Health Center, period January - April 2023, had as its objective the development and subsequent implementation of an educommunicative program based on the self-care of Dorothea Orem after taking a reference of the patients' knowledge. The methodology used was based on a quantitative, descriptive and documentary study through the application of two surveys, the first on socio- demographic data with 9 items and the second level of knowledge with 11 items, in the same data collection instrument, applied to 20 confirmed male and female patients with TB, who undergo treatment at the Indio Guayas Health Center in the city of Guayaquil, regarding the treatment of the information, it involved the use of statistical software to establish the analysis in which It reflects that 35% of TB patients are female, contrary to the majority which is made up of 65% male. Among the factors that condition adherence, socioeconomic ones stand out, where 55% of patients are at a distance between 10 to 20 minutes on foot and more than 20 minutes with 10%, with these results we reach the conclusion that that the implementation of the educommunicative program turns out to be a promising strategy to strengthen adherence to antifimic treatment.
