Resumen :	Evaluación del suero sanguíneo enriquecido con ozono (O3) para la cicatrización de heridas caninas, los objetivos que fueron establecidos son: determinar la eficiencia del ozono (O3) en el proceso de cicatrización de heridas caninas, establecer el tiempo de cicatrización en cada uno de los pacientes y analizar los procesos inflamatorios de los pacientes quirúrgicos sometidos a la investigación, se utilizó suero sanguíneo enriquecido con ozono (O3) y 30 caninos hembras con heridas de ovariohisterectomía (OVH),el método fue indagativo y práctico, el factor en estudio refiere al proceso de cicatrización en heridas caninas utilizando suero sanguíneo enriquecido con ozono (O3), se inició con una toma de muestra sanguínea de los pacientes con heridas, posteriormente se procedió a centrifugar la muestra para poder obtener el suero sanguíneo a este se le añadió ozono (O3) y se lo enriqueció; este proceso se lo realizó en la máquina respectiva que genera ozono (O3) y finalmente se procedió a colocar en cada una de las heridas de los pacientes para que inicie con la función en cuanto a cicatrización, los 30 pacientes fueron sometidos a la primera aplicación de suero sanguíneo enriquecido con ozono (O3), por otro lado, al segundo chequeo y segunda aplicación solo 23 se colocaron el tratamiento debido a que 7 de ellos presentaron heridas infectadas que tenían que ser corregidas, por ello se procedió a dividir por fases, en la tercera aplicación los 23 fueron accesibles mientras que los 7 restantes tuvieron sus aplicaciones en la segunda fase.
