Resumen :	RESUMEN EJECUTIVO Objetivo: Es desarrollar e implementar un programa educacomunicativo en Salud Sexual y Salud Reproductiva aplicando el Modelo Transcultural de Leiniger dirigido a los adolescentes de la Unidad Educativa San Juan Bosco. Metodología: Tiene un enfoque cuantitativo dividido en los siguientes aspectos tales como; Sociodemográficos, culturales, Conocimiento, actitudes y prácticas sobre el tema de salud sexual y reproductiva, ante las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (TICS), y sobre las tradiciones, mitos y cultura, de la población participante que fue de 77 Adolescentes quienes están cursando desde Octavo, hasta Tercero De Bachiller. Se diseñó, se implementó y se evaluó el programa educomunicativo, tomando en cuenta las recomendaciones por parte de los profesionales del MSP. Se aplicaron 2 encuestas tales como un pre y post test para recolectar los datos, la evaluación del programa se llevó a cabo por cada uno de los temas expuestos. Resultados: el 91% son mujeres y el 9% son hombres también en esta institución prevalece estudiantes de la etnia indígena con un 62 %, mientras tanto en cuanto a salud sexual y reproductiva el 41% no hablan nada acerca de la sexualidad en la familia se observa que un 18% no conoce sobre las ITS y el 27% dice que si se debe formar con personas de la misma religión Conclusión: Se permitió conocer los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas ante diversos aspectos ya mencionados, lo que se observa que un 21% de los encuestados responde que su religión SI limita su libertad sexual, también un 35% de la población encuestada refiere que su familia no le apoyaría si decide obtener un método de planificación familiar, es por ello que se demuestra una efectividad al implementar el programa educomunicativo ya que se logró cada uno de los objetivos y se fortaleció los conocimientos de los adolescentes que forman parte de la Unidad Educativa San Juan Bosco aspectos culturales como se evidencia que Palabras claves: Salud Sexual y reproductiva, Educación, Mujeres, Adolescencia, Madeleine Leiniger, programa educomunicativo, Cultura y Mitos
Descripción :	SUMMARY Objective: It is to develop and implement an educational-communication program in Sexual Health and Reproductive Health applying the Leiniger Transcultural Model aimed at adolescents from the San Juan Bosco Educational Unit. Methodology: It has a quantitative approach divided into the following aspects such as; Sociodemographic, cultural, Knowledge, attitudes and practices on the subject of sexual and reproductive health, before the Information and Communication Technologies (TICS), and on the traditions, myths and culture, of the participating population that was 77 Adolescents who They are studying from Eighth, to Tercero De Bachiller. The educommunication program was designed, implemented and evaluated, taking into account the recommendations of the MSP professionals. 2 surveys were applied such as a pre and post test to collect the data, the evaluation of the program was carried out for each of the exposed topics.
