Resumen :	The present work of investigation titled Analysis of the Conquered Wallet to Improve the Administrative Administration-Financial of the Savings and loan cooperative San Pedro Ltda., does it leave of the formulation of the problem detected in this financial institution that consists in How it impacts the administrative administration - financial in the wallet conquered in the period 2011 - 2012?, before that which the general objective that consists to determine the grade of efficiency of the administrative administration settled down-financial in the conquered wallet, that is to say starting from all these elements you did proceed to carry out a detailed description by means of the theoretical mark, this way the situational, legal and scientific references that are part of the study object. In the development of the investigation the administration topics were approached especially in the administrative and financial environment where you/they put on emphasis the functions of planning, organization, address and control. In a same way they were topics as for the different administration types to have knowledge of each one of them and to make an analysis valorative of their importance in the institution, being presented by way of illustration an integrative model of compound financial indicators for financial perspectives, focus to the client, processes of business and learning perspective and it improves. Elements that constitute tool for the taking of investment decisions, operation and financing that are required in opportune moments, and that they are important in the daily chore of an organization, since guard intimate relationship with the operation, use and readiness of the resources. Regarding the Conquered Wallet it was possible to conceptualize and to define the variants of the diverse wallet types, to be able to interpret in an appropriate way their operation to the interior of the financial institution, you could also settle down with clarity the treatment that is carried out in legal terms regarding the wallet provision.
Descripción :	El presente trabajo de investigación titulado Análisis de la Cartera Vencida para Mejorar la Gestión Administrativa – Financiera de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito San Pedro Ltda., parte de la formulación del problema detectado en esta institución financiera que consiste en ¿Cómo incide la gestión administrativa - financiera en la cartera vencida en el periodo 2011 - 2012?, ante lo cual se estableció el objetivo general que consiste determinar el grado de eficiencia de la gestión administrativa – financiera en la cartera vencida, es decir a partir de todos estos elementos se procedió a realizar una descripción detallada mediante el marco teórico, contextualizando de esta manera las referencias situacionales, legales y científicas, que forman parte del objeto de estudio. En el desarrollo de la investigación se abordaron los temas de gestión especialmente en el ámbito administrativo y financiero, en donde se pusieron énfasis las funciones de planificación, organización, dirección y control. De igual manera se trataron tópicos en cuanto a los diferentes tipos de gestión para tener conocimiento de cada uno de ellos y hacer un análisis valorativo de su importancia en la institución, presentándose a manera de ilustración un modelo integrador de indicadores financieros compuestos por perspectivas financieras, enfoque al cliente, procesos de negocios y perspectiva de aprendizaje y mejora. Elementos que constituyen herramienta para la toma de decisiones de inversión, operación y financiamiento, que se requieren en momentos oportunos, y que son importantes en el quehacer diario de una organización, ya que guarda íntima relación con el funcionamiento, uso y disponibilidad de los recursos. En lo referente a la Cartera Vencida se logró conceptualizar y definir las variantes de los diversos tipos de cartera, para poder interpretar de manera adecuada su funcionamiento al interior de la institución financiera, se pudo también establecer con claridad el tratamiento que se realiza en términos legales en lo referente a la provisión de cartera.
