Resumen :	El proyecto de investigación se realizó en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “Juan Pío de Mora”. Ltda., Cantón San Miguel, con el propósito de, proponer la mejora continua en la gestión administrativa y financiera, por tal motivo el trabajo investigativo se centra en el desarrollo del instrumento conocido como Balanced Scorecard cuya finalidad es obtener mejores resultados a través de estrategias, conociendo los factores internos y externos en las áreas consideradas para aplicar esta herramienta eficaz a través del control del desempeño de los indicadores, lo cual aportó información relevante para dar seguimiento oportuno verificando el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados por la institución. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es analizar la influencia del Balanced Scorecard en la gestión financiera de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “Juan Pío de Mora” Ltda., oficina matriz del Cantón San Miguel Provincia Bolívar, año 2019, mediante un análisis situacional y el conocimiento teórico sobre el tema. Para esto, se ha realizado una investigación de campo que involucra la interacción con los funcionarios de dicha institución y la investigación descriptiva que ayuda a relacionar los hechos que han sucedido para obtener la información sobre la problemática. La propuesta permitirá a la cooperativa alcanzar un alto nivel de desempeño dándole un mejor manejo del plan estratégico. Se determinó que los indicadores deben estar sujetos a las cuatro perspectivas que necesita la entidad obteniendo objetivos de liderazgo y responsabilidad como un elemento de apoyo en la toma de decisiones
Descripción :	The research project was carried out in the “Juan Pío de Mora” Savings and Credit Cooperative. Ltda., Canton San Miguel, with the purpose of proposing continuous improvement in administrative and financial management, for this reason the research work focuses on the development of the instrument known as Balanced Scorecard whose purpose is to obtain better results through strategies , knowing the internal and external factors in the areas considered to apply this effective tool through the control of the performance of the indicators, which provided relevant information for timely monitoring verifying compliance with the objectives set by the institution. The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of the Balanced Scorecard in the financial management of the Savings and Credit Cooperative “Juan Pío de Mora” Ltda., Headquarters of the San Miguel Province Bolivar Canton, year 2019, through a situational analysis and Theoretical knowledge on the subject. For this, a field investigation has been carried out that involves the interaction with the officials of said institution and the descriptive investigation that helps to relate the facts that have happened to obtain the information on the problem. The proposal will allow the cooperative to reach a high level of performance by giving it a better management of the strategic plan. It was determined that the indicators should be subject to the four perspectives that the entity needs, obtaining leadership and responsibility objectives as a support element in decision making.
