Resumen :	El presente estudio, está ejecutado para determinar el principal problema que afectaba a las actividades contables, económicas y de producción de la Asociación de Productores e Industrializadores de Lácteos y sus Derivados de la parroquia San Simón al no contar con un Sistema de Control de Costos especifico. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo fundamental proponer un Sistema de Control de Costos, que se adapte a las necesidades de la organización. El contenido del trabajo investigativo se divide en tres capítulos detallados a continuación: Capitulo I. En este capítulo se encuentra estructurado el tema, los antecedentes de la organización, el problema, la justificación de la investigación, los objetivos tanto generales como específicos, los marcos teóricos, desglosando el referencial, geo-referencial, legal, conceptual, la metodología de investigación con su respectivo universo y muestra. Capitulo II. Abarca el análisis e interpretación de resultados de las encuestas aplicadas a los miembros de la entidad y entrevista al representante legal de la misma, en el cual se expresan a través de cuadros estadísticos y gráficos que facilitan la visibilidad de interpretación de los datos. Capitulo III. Una vez ejecutada la investigación y determinado el sistema que se adapta a necesidades organizacionales en este caso se aplica el Sistema de Control de Costos por Ordenes de Producción se procede a elaboración de la propuesta mediante un ejercicio práctico, emitiendo las conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo investigativo, con sus respectivas evidencias.
Descripción :	The present study is executed to determine the main problem that affected the accounting, economic and production activities of the Association of Dairy Producers and Industrialists and their Derivatives of the San Simon parish by not having a specific Cost Control System. This research has as main objective to propose a Cost Control System, which adapts to the needs of the organization. The content of the research paper is divided into three chapters detailed below: Chapter I. In this chapter, the topic, the background of the organization, the problem, the justification of the research, the general and specific objectives, the theoretical frameworks, breaking down the referential, geo-referential, legal, conceptual, methodology are structured of research with their respective universe and sample. Chapter II. It covers the analysis and interpretation of the results of the surveys applied to the members of the entity and interviews the legal representative of the entity, in which they are expressed through statistical tables and graphs that facilitate the visibility of data interpretation. Chapter III Once the investigation has been carried out and the system that adapts to organizational needs has been determined in this case, the Cost Control System for Production Orders is applied, the proposal is prepared through a practical exercise, issuing the conclusions and recommendations of the research work, with their respective evidences
