Resumen :	El presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo brindar un servicio a la comunidad, padres, docentes y administrativos que pertenecen a la Escuela Básica Luis Aurelio González del cantón Guaranda quienes hasta la fecha no contaban con un portal web que le permitiera mostrar a la comunidad en general parte de las actividades y academia allí desarrolladas. Se planteó como objetivo realizar el levantamiento inicial de la información relevante según las necesidades del usuario, con dicha información se realizó el arquetipo del sistema del portal web, a través de un diseño sencillo que permitiera acceder a la información de interés de una manera fácil y entendible, además de ello se procedió a la gestión del alojamiento y el dominio del portal web con la ayuda de los responsables y el Distrito de Educación del cantón Guaranda. Para el diseño y estructuración del Portal Web se empleó el sistema de manejo de contenidos WordPress por sus características de interés como su fácil manejo y la cantidad de plugin libres de alta usabilidad en la red. Descripción :	The purpose of this case study is to provide a service to the community, parents, teachers and administrators who belong to the Luis Aurelio González Basic School of the Guaranda canton, who to date did not have a web portal that would allow them to show the community in general part of the activities and academy developed there. The objective was to carry out the initial survey of the relevant information according to the user's needs, with this information the archetype of the web portal system was carried out, through a simple design that allowed access to the information of interest in an easy and Understandable, in addition to this, the hosting and domain management of the web portal was carried out with the help of those responsible and the District of Education of the canton of Guaranda. For the design and structuring of the Web Portal, the WordPress content management system was used due to its characteristics of interest such as its easy handling and the amount of free plugin of high usability in the network.
