Resumen :	Las rondas son muy importantes para la adaptación de los niños y niñas que vienen de diferentes hogares a educación inicial, estas actividades desarrollan también la creatividad e imaginación por lo tanto ayudan para su mejor aprendizaje. En el sector rural la docente debe dominar español y kichwa para poder relacionarse y comunicarse con los niños desde el inicio del año lectivo. El periodo de adaptación es el que más cuesta, es en el que la docente demuestra todo su profesionalismo ya que, si un niño se adapta rápidamente al nuevo ambiente, tendrá un participante activo en la labor docente y en el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje. Y la mejor manera para que los niños en edad de 3 a 4 años se adapten al Inicial I es a través del juego y especialmente con las rondas. En la institución educativa los juegos tienen mucha importancia para los niños y niñas pequeños que se adaptan al muevo ambiente escolar la docente debe ser dinámica, creativa y tener paciencia con ellos, llevarlos a espacios verdes, para realizar las actividades lúdicas, de esa manera tratar de hacer participar a todos los niños y niñas en las rondas. En la intervención que realizamos con los niños de la U.E. Surupucyu del Inicial 1 nos pudimos dar cuenta que mientras más tiempo pasen los niños y niñas comunicándose a través de las rondas más rápido se adaptan al ambiente escolar. Realizar las rondas como estrategia didáctica en el periodo de adaptación con los niños y niñas para facilitar el proceso de aprendizaje en la educación inicial. Llegamos a la conclusión que con la aplicación de las rondas en la institución educativa mejor será la adaptación al ambiente nuevo con los niños y con la docente.
Descripción :	The rounds are very important for the adaptation of children who come from different homes to initial education, these activities also develop creativity and imagination therefore help for their better learning. In the rural sector, the teacher must master Spanish and Kichwa to be able to interact and communicate with the children from the beginning of the school year. The period of adjustment is the one that costs the most, in which the teacher demonstrates all her professionalism since, if a child adapts quickly to the new environment, she will have an active participant in the teaching work and in the teaching-learning process. And the best way for children aged 3 to 4 years to adapt to Initial I is through play and especially with rounds. In the educational institution games are very important for young children who adapt to the school environment the teacher should be dynamic, creative and have patience with them, take them to green spaces, to perform playful activities, in that way to involve all the boys and girls in the rounds. In the intervention that we made with the children of the U.E. Surupucyu del Initial 1 we could realize that the more time children spend communicating through the rounds the faster they adapt to the school environment. Conduct the rounds as a didactic strategy in the adaptation period with the children to facilitate the learning process in the initial education. We conclude that with the application of the rounds in the educational institution, it will be better to adapt to the new environment with the children and with the teacher
