dc.descriptionChimbo county Municipal Government is a Public Enterprise dedicated to give up a variety of services to every users visiting such an Institution. The municipal market is 151 years open. Chimbo county municipality, nowadays, doesn’t count with a Service Market Plan, allowing it to strengthen client attention service, which at present time internal clients give up to updated and potential users. Thanks to the participation given up by the municipality authorities that allowed to start the respective market research that, also, allowed us to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and institution menaces, in order to problem formulation and, at the same time, to find the solution to it. The graduation work main objective is a service marketing plan proposal which will allow to improve the client attention service within municipality installations. FODA analysis was carried out to the enterprise in order to know the way of working the micro /macro environment, within the Chimbo county Municipal Government, and then, to apply the correct strategies, such as: research clinic applying; client attention improvement plan; telemarketing applying, and finally, the POP material design was carried out; information board; signals; moving publicity, and the 3D publicity.en_US
dc.description.abstractEl Gobierno Municipal del cantón Chimbo es una empresa pública dedicada a brindar una variedad de servicios a todos los usuarios que visitan tal institución, el municipio tiene 151 años en el mercado. El Municipio del cantón Chimbo actualmente no cuenta con un Plan de Marketing de Servicios que le permita fortalecer el servicio de atención al cliente que actualmente brindan los cliente internos a los usuarios actuales y potenciales. Gracias a la apertura Brindada por parte de las autoridades del municipio se inicio la respectiva investigación de mercado la cual nos permitió identificar las fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas de la institución para la formulación del problema y a la vez dar la solución al mismo. El objetivo principal del trabajo de graduación es la propuesta de un plan de marketing de servicios la cual permitirá mejorar el servicio de atención al cliente en las instalaciones del municipio. Se realizó el Análisis FODA a la empresa para saber cómo se encuentra el micro/macro entorno, del Gobierno Municipal del cantón Chimbo para la aplicación de las respectivas estrategias tales como: la aplicación de clínicas de investigación; plan de mejoramiento de atención al cliente; aplicación del telemarketing y finalmente se realizó el diseño del material POP; paleta de información; señalética; publicidad móvil; y la publicidad 3D.en_US
