Resumen :	Control system of non-current assets Property, plant and equipment Bolivar State University CAEDIS CALUMA constitutes a basic factor for improving internal control procedures for proper administration, the institution subject of study. The main objective of the research is to determine the need for implementation of a control system of non-current assets by analyzing all the administrative and accounting information for better development in their administration, therefore the control system complies with feed back into the role of the institution, because each function thereof is subject to the application of various control. Another role of the control system is to keep a correct record of the goods, in which both its physical characteristics, status, location, responsible among other things will be known. In short, the control system is essential to ensure that the assets of the University and with adequate control in order to meet corporate goals. For the fulfillment of what has been a systematization of the research described below it is performed: The first chapter refers to the introduction, formulation of the problem, which has the same objectives, the benchmark, georeferential, legal, conceptual framework and scientific theory are indicated. Then the hypothesis, variables and methodology applied for the realization of this work indicated. In the second chapter the analysis and interpretation of the results obtained through surveys and interviews with teachers, principals and employees through graphics and consequently conclusions and recommendations for the benefit of the State University of Bolivar issues described CAEDIS Caluma. XII In the third chapter the emphasis is on the development of the proposed control system which consists of the introduction, justification, objectives and general rules. In which the design and operation of the system is detailed. Finally we conclude with annexes that support and demonstrate the implementation of this graduation work.
Descripción :	Sistema de Control de los Activos no Corrientes, Propiedad Planta y Equipo de la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar CAEDIS CALUMA constituye un factor elemental de mejora en los procedimientos de control interno para una adecuada gestión administrativa, en la institución sujeto de estudio. El objetivo principal de la investigación es determinar la necesidad de la aplicación de un sistema de control de los activos no corrientes mediante un análisis a toda la información administrativa y contable para un mejor desarrollo en su gestión administrativa, por consiguiente el sistema de control cumple con el rol retroalimentador al interior de la institución, debido a que cada función de la misma está sujeta a la aplicación de diversas de control. Otra función que cumple el sistema de control es llevar un correcto registro de los bienes, en la cual se conocerá sus Características tanto físicas, su estado, lugar, persona responsable entre otras cosas. En resumen, el Sistema de Control es primordial para asegurar que los bienes de la Universidad lleven un adecuado control y con el objeto de cumplir con los objetivos institucionales. Para el cumplimiento de lo planteado se realizó una sistematización de la investigación que se describe a continuación: El Primer Capítulo hace referencia a la introducción, formulación del problema, se indican los objetivos que tiene el mismo, el marco teórico referencial, georeferencial, legal, conceptual y la teoría científica. Seguidamente se indica la hipótesis, las variables y la metodología que se aplicó para la realización de este trabajo. En el Segundo Capítulo se describe el análisis y la interpretación de los resultados obtenidos por medio de las encuestas y entrevistas realizadas a docentes, directivos y empleados a través de los gráficos y consecuentemente se emite conclusiones y recomendaciones para el beneficio de la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar CAEDIS Caluma. XII En el Tercer Capítulo se hace énfasis en el desarrollo de la propuesta el sistema de control el cual está compuesto por la introducción, justificación, objetivos y la normativa general. En la cual también se detalla el diseño y el funcionamiento del sistema. Finalmente se concluye con los respectivos anexos que respaldan y evidencian la ejecución del presente trabajo de graduación.
