Resumen :	El trabajo investigativo se desarrolló en la Compañía de Seguridad Privada Ninabanda & Ninabanda Ninabanda CIA LTDA. Dedicada a la Seguridad Civil e Institucional a Nivel Local y Nacional, en la que sus trabajadores administrativos colaboraron con la información necesaria para el trabajo de investigación titulado: “REGISTRO Y CUMPLIMIENTO DE OBLIGACIONES LEGALES Y PATRONALES EN LA EMPRESA SEGURIDAD PRIVADA NINABANDA & NINABANDA NINABANDA CIA LTDA. DE LA CIUDAD DE GUARANDA, PROVINCIA DE BOLÍVAR EN EL AÑO 2016 - 2017.” , se efectuó con la finalidad de dar a conocer el correcto registro de las obligaciones patronales así como también las legales, mediante la aplicación de técnicas y procedimientos que contribuyen al mejoramiento de las obligaciones. Para su desarrollo se planteó como objetivo general: Proponer un manual de registro para el cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales y patronales en la empresa Seguridad Privada Ninabanda& Ninabanda Ninabanda CIA. LTDA. Para complementar se tiene los objetivos específicos como son: Revisar todo los documentos y leyes reglamentos con relación al registro, cumplimiento legales y patronales de la empresa Privada Ninabanda & Ninabanda Ninabanda Seguridad CIA. LTDA. Acatar a las disposiciones legales para el adecuado registro conjuntamente con las obligaciones que posee la Privada Ninabanda & Ninabanda Ninabanda Seguridad CIA. LTDA., con el fin de mejorar y optimizar el manejo de la información. Realizar el manual de registro para el cumplimento de las obligaciones legales y patronales y que se cumpla con los requerimientos de la empresa Privada Ninabanda & Ninabanda Ninabanda Seguridad CIA. LTDA. La metodología utilizada para el desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación se efectuó visitas a las instalaciones de la Empresa, obteniendo la recopilación de la información que permitió conocer el estado que se encuentra la Empresa partiendo de lo particular a lo general, se utilizó el método deductivo, inductivo, bibliográfico, histórico Documental es asi que con ayuda de técnicas e instrumentos como la encuesta y la entrevista se recolectó información que sirvió para conocer la realidad de la Empresa. Los resultados obtenidos mediante la aplicación de encuesta y entrevista determinamos que no se daban cumplimiento a las obligaciones legales y patronales dispuestas por las diferentes jurisdicciones reguladoras de las mismas por ende he realizado un manual de registro y cumplimiento el mismo que pondrán en práctica para el correcto registro de dichas obligaciones.

", was carried out in order to publicize the correct registration of employer obligations as well as legal obligations, through the application of techniques and procedures that contribute to the improvement of obligations. For its development it was proposed as a general objective: Propose a registration manual for compliance with legal and employer obligations in the company Private Security Ninabanda & Ninabanda Ninabanda CIA. LTDA To complement it has the specific objectives such as: Review all documents and laws regulations regarding the registration, legal and employer compliance of the private company Ninabanda & Ninabanda Ninabanda Security CIA. LTDA Abide by the legal provisions for proper registration in conjunction with the obligations of the Private Ninabanda & Ninabanda Ninabanda Seguridad CIA. LTDA., In order to improve and optimize the handling of information. Carry out the registration manual for the fulfillment of legal and employer obligations and that the requirements of the company Ninabanda & Ninabanda Ninabanda Seguridad CIA are met. LTDA The methodology used for the development of this research work was made visits to the facilities of the Company, obtaining the collection of information that allowed to know the status of the Company from the particular to the general, the deductive method was used , inductive, bibliographic, historical, Documentary; This is how, with the help of techniques and instruments, such as the survey and the interview, information was collected that served to know the reality of the Company. The results obtained through the application of survey and interview determined that the legal and employer obligations provided by the different regulatory jurisdictions of the same were not complied with. Therefore, I have made a registration and compliance manual that will be put into practice for the correct record of said obligations
