Resumen :	El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolla el análisis de los estados financieros con los respectivos indicadores, con la finalidad de obtener los análisis adecuados acorde a cada año, para la correcta toma de decisiones de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Créditos San José Ltda. En la actualidad los estados financieros son importantes, ya que ayudan a obtener los resultados que reflejan los rendimientos económicos dentro de la cooperativa, pero para la correcta interpretación de los mismos siempre es importante que se desarrollen los análisis de cada año y por ende una comparación, en la cual permita conocer en qué años se obtiene mejor rentabilidad. Para dar solución al problema en que se encuentra la Cooperativa del Análisis comparativo del desempeño financiero incide en la gestión administrativa, se desarrolla la investigación, en la cual se detalla cada paso que hay que desarrollar en el beneficio de la cooperativa. En el cuerpo del documento se desarrolla el tema de investigación con su adecuada justificación la cual permite conocer la realidad de la cooperativa, en relación a cada año económico y sobre todo el movimiento de cada una de las cuentas, tanto en el estado de resultados como financiero. De igual manera se utiliza consultas de varios autores que estén relacionadas con el tema, para mejorar la investigación con los adecuados métodos, que ayudan en la recolección de datos con la adecuada encuesta realizada al Presidente, Gerente, Jefe Administrativo Financiero y a los miembros del Departamento Contable de la Cooperativa San José Ltda.
Descripción :	The present research work develops the analysis of the financial statements with the respective indicators, in order to obtain the appropriate analyzes according to each year, for the correct decision making of the cooperative of savings and credit San Jose Ltda. At present the financial statements are important, since they help obtain the results that reflect the economic returns within the cooperative, but for the prescription interpretation of them it is always important that the analyzes of each year are developed and therefore a comparison , in which it allows to know in which years better profitability is obtained. To solve the problem in which the Cooperative of Comparative Analysis of Financial Performance is involved, it affects the administrative management, the research is developed, which details each step that must be developed in the benefit of the cooperative. In the body of the document is developed the fear of investigating with its adequate justification which allows to know the reality of the cooperative, in relation to each economic year and on all the movement of each of the accounts, both in the income statement and financial. In the same way it uses queries of several authors that this relates to the subject, to improve the investigation with the suitable methods, that help in the data collection with the suitable survey realized to the President, Manager, Chief Administrative Financial and the members of the Accounting Department of the Cooperativa San José Ltda.
