Resumen :	Accounting management of the Commercial Agricultural Company Quinsaloma "AGRICOMQUI" province of Los Rios, 2013, has been executed in a traditional way, ie, by using kardex and manual recording of the movements or trade and financial transactions, It has motivated the existing information gap and inefficient decision-making. In this situation, the overall objective of this research was to determine the need to establish a system of accounting and financial control to the company "AGRICOMQUI". The diagnosis performed established that it was a priority for the company to establish this system as it will enter and update information quickly and timely manner that would facilitate efficient decision-making. To comply with the provisions, a synopsis of the research is conducted. The first chapter presents the introduction, formulation of the problem, objectives, theoretical framework, geo referential, legal, conceptual and scientific. Besides the hypothesis is included, as well as the variables governing the investigation; the methodology used in the research process is also described. In the second chapter the analysis and interpretation of the results of the surveys to employees and suppliers, as well as the interview with the Manager of the Company, which allowed them to check the hypothesis "Proper Accounting Management System is reported will allow the improvement of Enterprise Development in Agricultural Business "Quinsaloma". The proposal for the establishment of an Accounting System and Financial Control in the Commercial Agricultural Company Quinsaloma "AGRICOMQUI" which consists of the introduction, justification, objectives and basic instructions for handling and use are presented in the Third Chapter efficient     xiii program. Finally the enabling documentation and evidence justifying the implementation of this research is annexed.
Descripción :	La gestión contable de la Empresa Agrícola Comercial Quinsaloma “AGRICOMQUI”, provincia de Los Ríos, año 2013, ha sido ejecutada de manera tradicional, es decir, mediante el uso de kardex y registro manual de los movimientos o transacciones comerciales y financieras, lo que ha motivado el desfase de la información existente y la toma de decisiones ineficientes. Ante esta situación, el objetivo general de esta investigación fue determinar la necesidad de establecer un sistema de control contable-financiero para la empresa “AGRICOMQUI”. El diagnóstico realizado estableció que era prioritario para la empresa instaurar este sistema ya que permitirá ingresar y actualizar la información de manera rápida y oportuna que viabilice la toma eficiente de decisiones. Para dar cumplimiento a lo previsto, se realiza una sinopsis de la investigación. El Primer Capítulo presenta la introducción, formulación del problema, objetivos, marco teórico referencial, geo referencial, legal, conceptual y científica. Además se incluye la hipótesis, así como las variables que rigen la investigación; también se describe la metodología utilizada en el proceso investigativo. En el Segundo Capítulo se reporta el análisis e interpretación de los resultados obtenidos de las encuestas a los empleados y proveedores, así como, la entrevista realizada al Gerente de la Empresa, los mismos que permitieron comprobar la hipótesis planteada “Un adecuado Sistema de Gestión Contable permitirá el mejoramiento del Desarrollo Empresarial en la Agrícola Comercial “Quinsaloma”. En el Tercer Capítulo se presenta la propuesta para el establecimiento de un Sistema de Control Contable-Financiero en la Empresa Agrícola Comercial Quinsaloma “AGRICOMQUI”, la cual está compuesta de la introducción, justificación, objetivos y, las indicaciones básicas para el manejo y uso eficiente xiii del programa. Por último se anexa la documentación habilitante que justifica y evidencia la ejecución del presente trabajo de investigación.
