Resumen :	La educación se presenta como un proceso dinámico y holístico que trata de cuidar el entorno natural y social donde se desenvuelve el ambiente educativo, por lo que el presente proyecto de intervención educativa quiere contribuir con el reciclaje de todo tipo de material que pueda ayudar a disminuir la contaminación ambiental. El uso del material reciclable contribuye al beneficio ambiental, en la que primero se reduce la cantidad de recursos naturales explotados, segundo al reciclar se ahorra mucha energía, previene la contaminación y tercero, cuando reciclamos, se reutilizan muchos de los desechos que terminarían en el relleno sanitario. Los medios educativos tienen que promover la actividad constructiva de los niños y niñas, por lo que se hace necesario conocer y manejar las técnicas de elaboración, selección y uso de los materiales didácticos. En las diferentes áreas se requiere de docentes creativos que con la ayuda de los niños y las niñas diseñe y elabore el material didáctico, el cual pasa a constituir una parte integral del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. El proyecto de intervención educativa abordará talleres innovadores para la elaboración y aplicación de recursos didácticos con el uso de material reciclado, apoyando a la UNIDAD EDUCATIVA COMUNITARIA INTERCULTURAL BILINGÜE “TUPAK AMARU”, maestros y estudiantes generando un aprendizaje de carácter significativo, que fomente las capacidades y habilidades cognitivas e integrales de los niños y niñas para el desarrollo de contenidos de las diferentes áreas y tengan un aprendizaje significativo, para interpretar la realidad y participar en la vida de forma cada vez más activa, autónoma y crítica. En el nivel inicial, especialmente en el Pre-primario, para garantizar mayores niveles de significación de la enseñanza, se debe propiciar la incorporación de recursos didácticos diversos que posibiliten a las niñas y a los niños vivenciar experiencias educativas en un clima altamente estimulante y retador de sus propias capacidades. El logro de los propósitos educativos reclama que día a día, maestras y maestros contemplen, de manera intencional, el uso de estrategias variadas, a través de las cuales las diferentes actividades que se organizan sean cada vez más agradables y motivadoras para los niños y las niñas; y es aquí donde los recursos didácticos elaborado con material de reciclaje y los diferentes objetos que ofrece el medio, juegan un papel de gran importancia en la dinámica de trabajo cotidiano. Podemos decir entonces que hemos descubierto que la naturaleza y el entorno se constituyen en grandes aliados, para el desarrollo de la labor pedagógica, ya que son muchos los materiales y recursos que podemos incorporar del medio circundante, para apoyar el trabajo a favor de un proceso de aprendizaje cada vez más significativo.
Descripción :	Education is presented as a dynamic and holistic process that tries to take care of the natural and social environment where the educational environment develops, so the present project of educational intervention wants to contribute with the recycling of all type of material that can help to diminish environmental pollution. The use of recyclable material contributes to the environmental benefit, which first reduces the amount of natural resources exploited, secondly to recycle saves a lot of energy, prevents pollution and third, when we recycle, reuse many of the waste that would end in the landfill. The educational means have to promote the constructive activity of the children, so it is necessary to know and to handle the techniques of elaboration, selection and use of the didactic materials. In the different areas, creative teachers are required, with the help of the boys and girls, to design and elaborate the didactic material, which becomes an integral part of the teaching-learning process. The educational intervention project will address innovative workshops for the development and application of didactic resources with the use of recycled material, supporting the BILINGUAL COMMUNITY BILINGUAL COMMUNITY EDUCATION UNIT "TUPAK AMARU", teachers and students generating meaningful learning that fosters capacities And cognitive and integral skills of children to develop content in different areas and have meaningful learning to interpret reality and participate in life in an increasingly active, autonomous and critical way. At the initial level, especially in the Pre-primary, in order to guarantee higher levels of teaching significance, the incorporation of diverse didactic resources should be encouraged to enable girls and boys to experience educational experiences in a highly stimulating and challenging environment. Their own abilities. The achievement of the educational purposes demands that, day by day, teachers and teachers contemplate, intentionally, the use of varied strategies, through which the different activities that are organized are increasingly pleasant and motivating for children and Girls; And it is here where the didactic resources elaborated with recycling material and the different objects that the medium offers, play a role of great importance in the daily work dynamics. We can say then that we have discovered that nature and the environment are great allies, for the development of the pedagogical work, since there are many materials and resources that we can incorporate from the surrounding environment, to support the work in favor of a process Learning process.
