Resumen :	The Inventory Control System allows to keep control of goods and know the end of the accounting period the reliable state of the economic situation of the institution. It is vital for all public institutions have an efficient inventory control system that contains the methods to safeguard their assets and verify the reliability of the accounting data in the financial statements optimizing existing resources. For this purpose this research was developed to meet the shortcomings that arise in the institution to implement the "System Properties control"; which constitutes a set of data stored in digital format which has the following options: entry forms, queries, reports, contact lists, graphics categories, reports by location of assets, reports by officials, etc; thus achieving that the information is accurate and efficient.  The purpose of this control system assets, aims to have the property coded as this is the basis for entering information, achieving a time optimization and improved institutional management. The Property Control System presents a user's manual, which allows an effective and easy to apply learning, this program has been designed to be easily used in Colecturía and will serve as a reference tool for its managers to take better decisions. The system itself will improve working conditions for those in use in the Department of National Revenue Collections Technical College "The Assumption" and can enter data to quantify its total assets save time and other resources.   IX This report presents the development of the research entitled: IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INVENTORY CONTROL SYSTEM FOR IMPROVING THE INSTITUTIONAL MANAGEMENT NATIONAL TECHNICAL COLLEGE "ASSUMPTION" CANTON SAN JOSE Chimbo, State Bolivar, 2012; and, for a better understanding of our readers it has been developed in three chapters. In Chapter I Theme, Background, problem, justification, objectives, theoretical reference framework, legal framework, Conceptual Framework, Theoretical Framework, Hypothesis, variables and methodology is described. In Chapter II an analysis and interpretation of results is made, it should be noted that the most appropriate technique for data collection was the survey of the administrative and teaching staff of the National Technical College "The Assumption", the results, analysis and interpretation It consists in that chapter Chapter III presents the proposal, which arises based on the analysis of the results as well as the conclusions and recommendations made; It contains more than Implementation Assets Control System, a user's manual.
Descripción :	El Sistema de Control de Inventarios permite mantener el control de bienes así como conocer al final del período contable el estado confiable de la situación económica de la institución. Es de vital importancia para toda institución pública contar con un eficiente Sistema de Control de Inventarios que contenga los métodos con el fin de salvaguardar sus activos y verificar la confiabilidad de los datos contables en los estados financieros optimizando los recursos existentes. Para tal efecto se desarrolló esta investigación para conocer las falencias que se suscitan en la institución a fin de implementar el “Sistema de control de Bienes”; que se constituye en un conjunto de datos almacenados en formato digital el que posee las siguientes opciones: formularios de ingreso, consultas, reportes, lista de contactos, gráficos por categorías, informes por ubicación de los bienes, informes por responsables, etc; logrando así que la información sea precisa y eficiente. La propuesta de este sistema de control de bienes, orienta a tener los bienes codificados ya que este es la base para ingresar información, logrando una optimización del tiempo y una mejora en la gestión institucional. El Sistema de Control de Bienes presenta un manual del usuario, el que permite un aprendizaje efectivo y de fácil aplicación, este programa ha sido diseñado de forma sencilla para ser utilizado en Colecturía y servirá como una herramienta de consulta para que sus directivos puedan tomar las decisiones más acertadas. El sistema en sí, mejorará las condiciones de trabajo para quien lo utilice en el departamento de Colecturía del Colegio Nacional Técnico “La Asunción” y pueda ingresar los datos de los bienes cuantificar su monto total ahorrar tiempo y otros recursos. IX El presente informe contiene el desarrollo de la investigación titulada: IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA DE CONTROL DE INVENTARIOS PARA MEJORAR LA GESTIÓN INSTITUCIONAL DEL COLEGIO NACIONAL TÉCNICO “LA ASUNCIÓN”, DEL CANTÓN SAN JOSÉ DE CHIMBO, PROVINCIA BOLÍVAR, AÑO 2012; y, para una mejor comprensión de nuestros lectores se ha elaborado en tres capítulos. En el Capítulo I se describe el Tema, Antecedentes, Problema, Justificación, Objetivos, Marco Teórico Referencial, Marco Legal, Marco Conceptual, Marco Teórico, Hipótesis, Variables y Metodología. En el Capítulo II se realiza un Análisis e Interpretación de Resultados, cabe indicar que la técnica más apropiada para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta aplicada al personal administrativo y personal docente del Colegio Nacional Técnico “La Asunción”, cuyos resultados, análisis e interpretación consta en el mencionado capítulo El Capítulo III presenta la propuesta, que surge en base al análisis de los resultados como también de las conclusiones y recomendaciones planteadas; contiene a más de la Implementación del Sistema de Control de Bienes, un manual del usuario.
