Resumen :	El presente proyecto de investigación titulado: ANÁLISIS COMPARATIVO DEL CONTROL INTERNO FINANCIERO Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA DE LA EMPRESA GOLDCOCOA EXPORT S.A. DEL CANTÓN VENTANAS, PROVINCIA DE LOS RÍOS. Surge de la necesidad de contar con un mayor control interno de las actividades en las diferentes áreas administrativas y financieras que permita tener información razonable a disposición de cualquier momento que se la requiere para la correcta toma de decisiones y de tal manera dar a conocer la realidad financiera y evitar cualquier inconveniente con los entes de control a los cuales está regida. Por tal razón la atención y trabajo se centró en la necesidad de realizar un análisis comparativo de la empresa, con la finalidad de conocer el estado administrativo y financiero real de la misma y de esta manera proponer la solución acorde a sus necesidades. Para ello se realizó una evaluación con base a la aplicación de las técnicas de investigación como la entrevista al área administrativa-financiera, y observación directa para establecer factores como: conocimiento y cumplimiento de obligaciones, planificación, coordinación, comunicación, actividades de control entre otros, que determinan la calidad de gestión administrativa que tienen la empresa. La presente investigación anhela aportar no solo a la empresa GOLDCOCOA EXPORT S.A., sino a todas las organizaciones jurídicas del medio con una propuesta que sin duda alguna ayudará a la correcta orientación y fortalecimiento de sus finanzas implementando un adecuado control interno.
Descripción :	This research project entitled: comparative analysis of financial internal control and its impact on administrative management company S.A. export goldcocoa Canton Ventanas, Province of rivers. It arises from the need for greater internal control of activities in the different administrative and financial areas that allows to have reasonable information available any time that it is required for proper decision making and so make known the reality financial and avoid any inconvenience with the control entities to which it is governed. For this reason attention and work focused on the need for a comparative analysis of the company, in order to know the real administrative and financial status of it and thus propose the solution to meet your needs. To do an assessment was made based on the application of research techniques such as interview administrative and financial area, and direct observation to establish factors such as knowledge and fulfillment of obligations, planning, coordination, communication, control activities among others that determine the quality of administrative management with the company. This research yearns provide not only GOLDCOCOA EXPORT SA company, but to all legal environmental organizations with a proposal that would certainly help the correct orientation and strengthening their finances by implementing adequate internal control.
