| dc.description | This project gives to learn about the management of scientific information and how this can enhance the skills research of teachers of general unified baccalaureate of caluma educational unit, since it offers a continuum of education and training that meets the need of each teacher, already today in day with great waves of information on the internet the individual has accustomed to simply enter a search engine and write it requiring no awareness that, precisely because of the heavy-load of information that exists in the network not all can be considered it as scientific is there where this approach is intended to generate culture and awareness of management of scientific information refers. Previously raised with only know teachers can get it where and how search quality and adequate information in a timely manner satisfying and strengthening their knowledge in a reflective way. Although all with greater emphasis and professional teachers have the urgent need in true training present as a solution to the problem an educational guide that teachers in managing scientific information and at the same time strengthen its powers research, promoting not only personally but for the benefit of the institution and their trainees. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto da a conocer sobre la gestión de la información científica y cómo ésta puede mejorar las competencias investigativas de los docentes de bachillerato general unificado de la unidad educativa caluma, ya que ofrece un proceso continuo de formación y capacitación que se ajusta a la necesidad de cada docente, ya que hoy en día con el gran oleaje de información en la internet el individuo se ha acostumbrado a simplemente ingresar a un buscador y escribir lo que requiere sin concientizar de que precisamente debido al gran tonelaje de información que existe en la red no toda se la puede considerar como científica es ahí donde mediante éste planteamiento se pretende generar cultura y conciencia en cuanto a gestión de información científica se refiere. Todo lo anteriormente planteado lo pueden conseguir los docentes con tan sólo saber dónde y cómo buscar la información adecuada y de calidad en forma oportuna satisfaciendo y fortaleciendo sus conocimientos de forma reflexiva. Si bien todo profesional y con mayor énfasis los docentes tienen la imperiosa necesidad de in formación veraz presentamos como solución al problema una guía didáctica que oriente a los docentes en la gestión información científica y a la vez fortalezca sus competencias investigativas, favoreciéndose no sólo a nivel personal sino en beneficio de la institución y sus educandos. | en_US |
