Título :	Utilización de saccharomyces cerevisiae y enzimas digestivas (0,04; 0,06 y 0,08 %) en cerdos en la etapa de crecimiento y engorde y su influencia en la ganancia de peso en la provincia de Bolívar

Resumen :	En el programa porcino de la Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias de la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar, localizada en el cantón Guaranda de la provincia de Bolívar y ubicada a 2.640 m.s.n.m., temperatura media 14,50 °C, humedad relativa 70,0 % y precipitación anual 500,0 mm. Se estudio el efecto de tres niveles de Saccharomyces cerevisiae y enzimas (0,04; 0,06 y 0,08 %) en la alimentación de cerdos durante el crecimiento y engorde. Se utilizaron 32 cerdos mestizos de 65 días de edad y un peso promedio de 24,281 Kg que fueron distribuidos bajo un diseño de Bloques completamente al Azar, con 4 repeticiones por tratamiento y el tamaño de la unidad experimental fue de 2 animales. Los resultados experimentales demostraron durante la etapa de crecimiento y engorde, sin determinarse diferencias estadísticas, las mejores respuestas en los niveles 0,04; 0,06 y 0,08 % de Saccharomyces cerevisiae y enzimas en las ganancias de peso con 0,638; 0,629 y 0,635 Kg; en el consumo de alimento en el nivel 0,04 % con 1,963 Kg; en conversión alimenticia y costo por kilogramo de peso en el nivel 0,08 % con 3,03 y 1,58 dólares; las mayores rentabilidades económicas en los cerdos alimentados con los niveles 0,06 y 0,08 % de Saccharomyces cerevisiae y enzimas con 1,13 de beneficio / costo, respectivamente, sin registrarse muertes en ninguno de los tratamientos. En consideración a los resultados alcanzados, se recomienda usar el probiótico Saccharomyces cerevisiae y enzimas hasta el 0,08 % en las dietas balanceadas durante el crecimiento y engorde por encontrarse efectos positivos en las variables de estudio Palabras claves: levadura, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, enzimas, probiótico, conversión alimenticia, costo por kilogramo de peso, beneficio / costo

The experimental results demonstrated during the stage of growth and put on weight, without being determined statistical differences, the best answers in the levels 0,04; 0,06 and 0,08% of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and enzymes in the earnings of weight with 0,638; 0,629 and 0,635 Kg; in the food consumption in the level 0,04% with 1,963 Kg; in nutritious conversion and cost for kilogram of weight in the level 0,08% with 3,03 and 1,58 dollars; the biggest economic profitabilities in the pigs fed with the levels 0,06 and 0,08% of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and enzymes with 1,13 of benefit / cost, respectively, without registering deaths in none of the treatments. In consideration to the reached results, it is recommended to use the probiótico Saccharomyces cerevisiae and enzymes until 0,08% in the diets balanced during the growth and put on weight to be positive effects in the study variables.
