Resumen :	In the following study performed research was to identify and analyze the reasons and situations that make this fails to comply with their tax obligations the owners of cybercafes and computer centers Canton Echeandía, in order to solve this problem through training and awareness of the participants. This research shows that develops three chapters below: Chapter I, is called research problem where is the research topic, background, problem formulation, justification where all is revealed reasons, which is important and motivate us to conduct an investigation, the objectives that explains the study purpose of this research, theoretical framework, which includes data related to the Canton Echeandía, the benchmark geo frame, this data was provided by the office of SIANET State University of Bolivar, where the location is Geographic research site. The legal framework are the laws that protect the Law and Taxation Code. The framework, in which the key concepts that should be clear to the understanding of the subject is defined, which is found on the subject in the scientific framework, comprising developing the theory that it will support the research based the issue with different references. Chapter II, analysis and interpretation of the results of surveys of the cybercafes and computer centers Canton Echeandia, its findings, recommendations and hypothesis testing are located. Chapter III presents the proposal, where a training plan was established with different themes in tax matters to the owners of cybercafes and computer centers Canton Echeandía
Descripción :	En el siguiente estudio de investigación realizada se buscó identificar y analizar los motivos y situaciones que hacen que este incumpla con sus obligaciones tributarias los propietarios de los cybers y centros de cómputo del Cantón Echeandía, con el fin de solucionar este problema a través de capacitaciones y concientización de los participantes. La presente investigación se muestra en tres capítulos que se desarrolla a continuación: Capítulo I, se denomina problema de investigación en donde se encuentra el tema de investigación, antecedentes, formulación del problema, justificación donde se revela todas las razones, las cuales tiene importancia y nos motiven a realizar una investigación, los objetivos con los que se explica el propósito del estudio de la presente investigación, el marco teórico referencial, en el que consta datos relacionados al Cantón Echeandía, el marco geo referencial, este dato fue facilitado por la oficina del SIANET de la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar, donde se encuentra la ubicación geográfica del lugar de investigación. El marco legal, son las disposiciones legales que amparan la Ley y el Código de Régimen Tributario. El marco conceptual, en cual se define los conceptos claves que deben estar claros para la comprensión del tema, con lo que se encontró con respecto al tema en, El marco Científico, en el comprende desarrollar la teoría que va a fundamentar la investigación en base al tema con las diferentes referencias bibliográficas. Capítulo II, Se encuentra el análisis e interpretación de los resultados de las encuestas aplicadas a los cybers y centros de cómputo del Cantón Echeandia, sus Conclusiones, Recomendaciones y la Comprobación de la Hipótesis. Capítulo III, Presenta la Propuesta, donde se estableció un Plan de Capacitación con diferentes temas en la materia tributaria a los propietarios de los cybers y centros de cómputo del Cantón Echeandía
