Descripción : The evaluation is today perhaps one of the subjects with greater protagonist of educative scope, and not because it is a new subject absolutely, but because administrators, educators, parents, students and all the society as a whole, are more conscious than ever of the importance and the repercussions of the fact of evaluating or of being evaluated. Perhaps a greater conscience of the necessity exists to reach certain levels of educative quality, to take advantage of the resources suitably, the time and the efforts and, on the other hand, the level of competition between the individuals and the institutions also are greater. The evaluation concept is amplest of the three, although it is not identified with them. It is possible to be said that it is an inherent activity to all intentional human activity, reason why must be systematic, and that its objective is to determine the value of something The term qualification is exclusively referred the valuation of the conduct of the students (scholastic qualification). To describe, therefore, is one more a restricted activity than to evaluate. From the Sixties, the evaluation has extended to other educative scopes: attitudes, skills, educative, material programs curricular didactic, the educational practice, the scholastic centers, and the educative system as a whole and the own evaluation. The types of evaluation are: formativa, sumativa, global, partial, commit, external, initial, procesual and final. Three important components in the evaluation strategy exist which are: Activities of Evaluation: It is the action or situation planned by the educational one destined to collect at different moments from the educative process in order for verifying the level of profit of certain learnings of the students. Techniques of Evaluation: It is the procedure by means of which the evaluation of the learning will be carried out. Instrument of Evaluation: It is the tool whose intention allows to collect on the profit of the learning’s of the students and students As evaluation methods we found: method of Tyler, Scriven, Stake; as far as evaluation techniques we have: mental maps, conceptual maps, solution of problems, method of cases, projects, newspaper, debate, tests, among others. The learning processes are the activities that the students make to obtain the profit of the educative objectives that they try. They constitute an individual activity, although it is developed in a social and cultural context, that takes place through an internalization process in which each student conciliates the new knowledge to his previous cognitivas structures. The construction of the knowledge has then two slopes: a personal slope and another social one. L to theory of the significant learning supposes to put of relief the process of construction of meaning like central element of education We understand by Metacognición the capacity that we must to autoregular the own learning, is to say to plan what strategies are had to use in each situation, to apply them, to control the process, to evaluate it to detect possible failures, and like consequence… to transfer all it to a new performance. As type of learning’s we found: a memorístico learning, receptive learning, learning by discovery, repetitive learning, significant learning, maintenance learning, innovating learning, to dialógico learning, learning by observation and learning by reception. The present work of investigation is formed by chapters; in the first part we found: the subject, problem, antecedents, justification, objectives, hypothesis, variables and operacionalización of variables; in the chapter one appears the theoretical frame, where the scientific theory based on the two variables raised in the hypothesis is developed; in the chapter second we found the methodology, in which the type of investigation is detailed, the universe and shows, the methods with which the work is developed; whereas in chapter third we have the analysis of you results obtained in the investigation, the verification of the hypothesis, conclusions and recommendations; and finally in the fourth chapter we have the proposal; conformed by the title, the presentation, the objectives, the development of the proposal, the operative plan; in order to culminate with the bibliography and the annexes.
