Item La aplicación de la Legislación Educativa en la Gestión Institucional de las Unidades Educativas Pertenecientes a la Dirección Provincial de Educación Intercultural Bilingüe de Chimborazo(Universidad Estatal de Bolívar. Departamento de Posgrado, 2007-05) Moyolema Yuquilema, Jorge; Quishpe Yautibug, Luis Gerardo; Urbina Bermeo, RaúlThis research study is based on history, philosophical, categories, legal basis, the tentative answer to the problem and lines of research; regarding the issue that enable research to reach the stated objective; for which we have scientifically based theories of Management, Administration, Law and Model of Intercultural Bilingual Education. The investigation regarding the issue of the Application of Law Education in the Institutional Management of Educational Units focuses fields: administrative, financial, technical and organizational teaching partner, which detects the administrative shortcomings in the way of applying and interpreting legal rules, processes and procedures at the time of execution; it is necessary to substantiate the reference to science in relation to the concepts of different authors conceptual framework scientific framework. In other research we talk about management as a business, educational institutional management from the point of view of the educational community social service; to support the governance needs to be addressed units: Educational Administration, Leader, Education Legislation, Bilingual Intercultural Education Model. Institutional Management in speaking of educational administration, conflicts, trends in educational management, educational quality, and new challenges in educational management as one of the important tools for the development of institutional activities. In Human Resource Management it is necessary to interpret what are the resources for quality education for competition; understood and can detect many problems in institutional management and characteristics of the entire educational community. Leader from the educational point of view administrator the governance, their roles in the personal and family characteristics, factors influencing the efficiency of leadership and types of leaders for the educational community. It is also necessary to address education legislation as a social right, the right lessons for the location of laws and regulations on corporate governance. Indigenous Educational Models in the development of intercultural bilingual education are considered. Indigenous Educational Model, Education Model Bilingual Intercultural Education Model for interdisciplenariamente cognition interrelate with the processes of student learning points that education is an interrelationship of knowledge: knowledge of the original culture, and knowledge of culture universal. Community Education Center (Educational Unit) is integrated into the work of the community and integrated into the work of the community center, where the Community concept of education is met the self-esteem of a people for social development with valuable contribution to society will be strengthened . Finally the research concludes with the proposal of the Harmonization Logic between intercultural bilingual education model with the Educational Legislation in the Institutional Management of Educational Units belonging to the Directorate of Bilingual Intercultural Education of Chimborazo period 200-2007. The proposal has the methodology, strategies and legal standards that allows to efficiently manage educational institutions.
