Therefore attention is a work area that nursing so that It requires skilled, scientific and technological personnel to provide care integral. This research aims to determine the quality of care from direct nursing care to newborns with distress syndrome respiratory type II, is one of the diseases affecting the newly born, as is the application of science and technology in a way to maximize their health benefits without increasing proportionately their risks. The degree of quality is therefore the extent that the expected care provided to achieve the most favorable balance between risk and benefits.
