Escuela de Ciencias Básicas, 2008-08-12) Castillo Yela, Consuelito Beatriz; Garcia Zambrano, Ketie Orfelia; Mora Guerrero, Jenny Gricelda; Paredes Vallejos, MarcoIn our research work we have analyzed that there is little research on the personality of the teacher in front of the school performance and in recent years has surguido a growing interest and preocuoación in most institutions in our Canton, due to poor school performance the students; which occurs when something goes wrong somewhere in the school system and the child in difficulty it is not helped to overcome it. Factors in either research have been associated with academic achievement are: The behavior of children of divorced parents, malnutrition, family disorganization, inpuntualidad student, child abuse, family migration and it is worth highlighting the personality of the teacher as part essential because a teacher must have encuenta their professional profile in order to reach their students and achieve a higher level, taking encuenta clear that each teacher has their different ways of qualifying, taking into account the individuality of their students. In the survey of students in the fourth year of primary school education "Ati II Pillahuaso" we have a very participatory group of students and the results of this survey was that if there is affection between teachers and students but apparently demaciado teacher introduced with the activities undertaken with students, the activities are always directed by the teacher thus avoiding the student wake capabilities, skills. In our proposal we have designed an operational plan with the aim of educating constribuir with this institution so that they can apply, design or redesign to train teachers and put into practice.
