| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación, que aborda la “Evaluación por competencias en los procesos de aprendizaje de los estudiantes de los décimos años de Educación Básica del Instituto Tecnológico Superior Isabel de Godín, durante el año lectivo 2010-2011”. Parte de los nuevos escenarios educativos que se dan en nuestro medio, en el cual el manejo del computador es fundamental en la tarea educativa, que por situaciones socioeconómicas de los estudiantes no pueden acceder a la tecnología, es indispensable establecer cómo se lleva a cabo el tratamiento de este conocimiento en los décimos años, conocer los nudos críticos que se presentan y plantear nuevas alternativas para su mejoramiento; buscar mecanismos que posibiliten evaluar los conocimientos, capacidades, habilidades, destrezas, actitudes, creatividad, en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de computación, al tiempo que se establezcan los instrumentos más idóneos para la evaluación por competencias. Una vez justificado el trabajo se procede a la formulación del problema, en forma de pregunta; así como el planteamiento de los objetivos y la hipótesis, misma que sostiene que: “La aplicación de la evaluación por competencias, incide significativamente en el proceso de aprendizaje de la materia de computación en los estudiantes de los décimos años de Educación Básica del Instituto Tecnológico Superior Isabel de Godín del Cantón Riobamba durante el año lectivo 2011”. En el marco teórico se detallada y se analizan los conceptos con respecto a las variables, la evaluación por competencias y el proceso de aprendizaje de la asignatura de computación como son; evaluación, historia, tipos, formas, criterios, tipos de instrumentos, competencias, tipos de competencias, evaluación por competencias, definiciones y criterios, características, principios, niveles de evaluación, proceso de aprendizaje, orígenes, teorías, aprendizaje por competencias, aprendizaje de computación, elementos básicos de computación, modelo RETEC, sistema de evaluación del ITS Isabel de Godín, sustentados en principios, leyes y procesos que deben seguirse, para ello se hace un análisis de estas temáticas desde el enfoque de diversos autores contemporáneos lo que da un valor adicional a la sustentación científica planteada. Se hace un análisis de la Metodología utilizada; se parte mencionando que es una investigación básica, ya que no se han manipulado las variables; es descriptiva, transversal; se menciona que se utilizan métodos inductivo, deductivo, analítico, sintético, se define la población y muestra y a establecen los métodos e instrumentos a ser utilizados. Se procede a tabular las encuestas aplicadas a los diferentes informantes, interpretar y analizar los resultados obtenidos, se llega a la comprobación de la hipótesis, se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones, donde se plantean estrategias curriculares para la evaluación por competencias de los estudiantes en el Instituto. Partiendo de las conclusiones y tomando en cuenta las recomendaciones se plantea la propuesta con el tema, “Instructivo Pedagógico Para La Evaluación por Competencias” que contiene una serie de estrategias metodológicas, que de ser aplicadas, permitirán alcanzar los objetivos propuestos. Estas estrategias parten de la selección de instrumentos pedagógicos adecuados para la asignatura de computación para su aplicación en los procesos de aprendizaje de los estudiantes de los décimos años de educación básica del ITS Isabel de Godín. | en_US |

Once justified the work you proceeds to the formulation of the problem, in question form; as well as the position of the objectives and the hypothesis, same that sustains that: "The application of the evaluation for competitions, impacts significantly in the process of learning of the calculation matter in the students of the tenth years of Basic Education of the Superior Technological Institute Isabel of Godín of the Canton Riobamba during the year lectivo 2011". it was necessary the Operacionalización of the variables to have conceptual elements that guide the investigative process. Scientific Theory, in a detailed way the evaluation is analyzed in the educational field, history, types, forms, approaches, types of instruments, competitions, types of competitions, he/she is carried out a vision of the Project Latin American Tuning, evaluation for competitions, definitions and approaches, characteristic, principles, evaluation levels, learning process, origins, theories, learning cycle, learning for competitions, calculation learning, basic elements of calculation, model RETEC, system of evaluation of the ITS Isabel of Godín, sustained in principles, laws and processes that should be continued, for it is made it an analysis of these thematic ones from the focus of diverse contemporary authors what gives an additional value to the outlined scientific sustentation. He/she is defined several concepts of the most outstanding terms that are inmersas in the scientific theory and that they need to be defined for the reader's bigger understanding. An analysis of the Methodology is made used in the investigation work; he/she leaves mentioning that it is a basic investigation, since the variables have not been manipulated; it is descriptive, since it describes the situation of the variables; traverse because it is defined in a period of time, the year 2010-2011; it is mentioned that inductive, deductive, analytic, synthetic methods are used. In this same chapter you proceed to define the population and sample and to establish the methods and instruments to be used for the empiric gathering of the data this is the surveys and the interviews. You proceeds to tabulate the surveys applied the different informants, to interpret and to analyze the obtained results, you arrives to the confirmation of the hypothesis: "The application of the evaluation for competitions, impacts significantly in the process of learning of the calculation matter in the students of the tenth years of Basic Education of the Superior Technological Institute Isabel of Godín of the Canton Riobamba during the year lectivo 2011". Finally the conclusions and recommendations are presented, where they think about curricular strategies for the evaluation for the students' competitions in the Institute. Leaving of the conclusions and taking into account the recommendations thinks about the proposal with the topic, "Instructive Pedagogic For The Evaluation For Competitions" that contains a series of methodological strategies that of being applied, they will allow to reach the proposed objectives. These strategies leave of the selection of appropriate pedagogic instruments for the calculation subject for their application in the processes of the students' of the tenth years of basic education of the ITS learning Isabel of Godín. | en_US |
