They realized an evaluation of the project “STRENGTHENING OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEM IN 9 ASSOCIATIONS AGROPECUARIAS OF THE CANTÓN QUERO Through THE MEJORAMIENTO OF THE PRODUCTION OF LIVESTOCK BOVINO OF MEAT” The zones in which realized the evaluation has few areas of native vegetation, The little that it remains is composed by arbustos, and pasto natural; The natural vegetation has been paulatinamente substituted by crops of papa and pastos. The exploitation bovina, has been and is a productive activity that by tradition realize the families of the communities, but by the difficult economic conditions and by the fall of ceniza of the volcano Tungurahua has forced to desprenderse of these animals, the same that they have not attained to be substituted in his whole. In the communities the effect to motivate and incentivar the production bovina does not cause negative effects to the means ambiente, since if we considered that at present the pastos already exist and more well are being subutilizados in the production bovina with a felicitous handle technical that will prevent the advance of the agricultural border improving the capacity of load of the pastos already existent entering bovines of better main quality productivity and improving the already existent. For this study considered give follow-up to the axis organizational partner, pretending with the same contribute with the partners to be more desprendidos, focusing them a trend of conjoint participation where they can develop like able human beings of involucrarse between himself to arrive to a common end and of mutual profit so that apropien of his Organization in a 100% and can handle it autónomamente. 119 By another part the empoderamiento of the project by part of the beneficiaries, attained by the people involucradas through his proper effort, of this way will guarantee that by his proper convictions and learning go enrumbando the welfare and development of his association without forgetting that the participation of the same has to be proactive and igualitaria without leaving isolated to any person, to end that this process of building of social and political subjects are men and women establishing the roles in the exert of each one. Therefore this study will have a positive impact in the change of attitude of the partners, since it helped to that they develop having like priority improve the level of life of the partners with alternative economic income by means of the execution of the project, as also handling a style of organization communitarian that encumber the union of the small producers minifundistas to attain a common compañerismo and economic welfare-social

Realizaron una evaluación del proyecto “Fortalecimiento del sistema organizativo en 9 asociaciones agropecuarias del cantón Quero a través del mejoramiento de la producción de ganado bovino de carne La zonas en las que se realizó la evaluación cuenta con pocas áreas de vegetación nativa, lo poco que queda está compuesta por arbustos, y pasto natural; la vegetación natural ha sido paulatinamente sustituida por cultivos de papa y pastos. La explotación bovina, ha sido y es una actividad productiva que por tradición realizan las familias de las comunidades, pero por las difíciles condiciones económicas y por la caída de ceniza del volcán Tungurahua ha obligado a desprenderse de estos animales, los mismos que no han logrado ser sustituidos en su totalidad. en las comunidades el efecto de motivar e incentivar la producción bovina, no causa efectos negativos al medio ambiente, ya que si consideramos que actualmente los pastos ya existen y más bien están siendo subutilizados en la producción bovina con un adecuado manejo técnico que impedirá el avance de la frontera agrícola, mejorando la capacidad de carga de los pastos ya existentes, introduciendo bovinos de mejor calidad, mayor productividad y mejorando los ya existentes. Para este estudio se considerado dar seguimiento al eje socio organizativo, pretendiendo con el mismo contribuir con los socios a ser más desprendidos, enfocándoles una tendencia de participación conjunta donde ellos puedan desarrollarse como seres humanos capaces de 117 involucrarse entre sí para llegar a un fin común y de beneficio mutuo de manera que se apropien de su Organizacion en un 100% y puedan manejarla autónomamente. Por otra parte el empoderamiento del proyecto por parte de los beneficiarios, se logrado por las personas involucradas a través de su propio esfuerzo, de esta manera se garantizará que por sus propias convicciones y aprendizaje vayan enrumbando el bienestar y desarrollo de su asociación sin olvidar que la participación de los mismos debe ser proactiva e igualitaria sin dejar aislado a ninguna persona, a fin que este proceso de construcción de sujetos sociales y políticos sean hombres y mujeres estableciendo los roles en el desempeño de cada uno. Por lo tanto este estudio tendrá un impacto positivo en el cambio de actitud de los socios, ya que ayudara a que ellos se desarrollen teniendo como prioridad mejorar el nivel de vida de los socios con ingresos económicos alternativos mediante la ejecución del proyecto, como también manejando un estilo de organización comunitaria que enrumbe la unión de los pequeños productores minifundistas para lograr un bien común de apoyo, compañerismo y bienestar económico-social
