Título :	Software educativo multimedia bilingüe para desarrollar aprendizajes significativos en el Área de Ciencias Aplicadas con los niños y niñas del séptimo Año de Educación Básica de la Escuela Bartolomé de las Casas, en la Comunidad de Gradas Central, durante el año lectivo de 2009- 2010.

Resumen :	The present investigation work, was applied in the Escuela Bartolomé of the Houses of the Central community of Tiers with the participation of educational, students, authorities and family parents. Our purpose was to know the application of the Educational Software Bilingual Multimedia to develop significant learnings in the area of Applied Sciences with the children and the seventh year-old girls during the year lectivo of 2009 - 2010" The use of educational software constitutes fundamental part of the process of significant learning of the community educational center before mentioned, these technological resources that you/they need so much the educational one as of the students it is many times obviated as actors where the main responsibility of this deficiency is in the educational one that you see the educational activity as a simple administrative exercise of fulfilling the planning, without sometimes caring the student's cognitive development. The learning processes should have as horizon that a great percentage of students that egresan of the schools is potential students of the schools and soon they augmented the lines of the new professionals and entities of the labor world, therefore in the development of the classes they should be considered aspects: cognitivos, actitudinales and technological because they are necessary and indispensable to be able to unwrap in the world globalizado and tecnificado. In this mark the investigation analyzes some of the key questions related with the use of the educational software, the system of education bilingual intercultural, standing out in each one of these study variables, its main characteristics that have taken us to determine that the learning process should spread to be significant and participativa. From this perspective to respond to the outlined problem was necessary to develop a project of descriptive investigation and of field, real and objective; whose components are concordant to each other, based in modern and recent theories and technological focuses of the technological education. For what has been gone to the appropriate and properly selected methodological strategies whose characteristics approach among other the descriptive, explanatory, traverse and comparative, to more than the deductive methods - inductive, bibliographical, historical logical and scientific that contributed in the search of the truth; and, for the confirmation of the hypothesis he/she made it to him through a statistical process. As instruments of gathering of data the guide of the surveys was used. The population object of the investigation was constituted by 31 people; of which seven are educational, five family parents and 19 niños/as of the seventh basic year of the Escuela Bartolomé of the Houses." The data obtained by means of the survey revealed important results and they were tabulated, analyzed, processed and represented in charts and statistical squares, of which he/she went possible to give answer to the outlined problem and the same confirmation of the hypothesis. This work has a statistical information whose contents are in charts of distribution of frequencies and a series of graphics, supported in their respective analyses. Of this content you could extract the conclusions and recommendations, he/she stops then to give a solution alternative to the problem outlined through a viable and novel proposal as it is the software educational designed bilingual multimedia and elaborated by the investigator. The proposal, is centered in the presentation of the Educational Software Bilingual Multimedia in the area of Applied Sciences with the taken information of the the Seventh year-old planning with three thematic: The plants, animals and the man in Spanish and translated in kichwa.
Descripción :	El presente trabajo de investigación, se aplicó en la Escuela Bartolomé de las Casas de la comunidad de Gradas Central con la participación de docentes, estudiantes, autoridades y padres de familia. Nuestro propósito fue conocer la aplicación del “Software Educativo Multimedia Bilingüe para desarrollar aprendizajes significativos en el área de Ciencias Aplicadas con los niños y niñas del séptimo año de educación básica durante el año lectivo de 2009- 2010” La utilización de software educativo constituye parte fundamental del proceso de aprendizaje significativo del centro educativo comunitario antes mencionado, estos recursos tecnológicos que necesitan tanto el docente como de los alumnos es muchas veces obviado como actores, en donde la responsabilidad principal de esta deficiencia se encuentra en el docente, que ve la actividad educativa como un simple ejercicio administrativo de cumplir con la planificación, sin importar a veces el desarrollo cognoscitivo del alumno. Los procesos de aprendizaje deben tener como horizonte que un gran porcentaje de alumnos que egresan de las escuelas son potenciales estudiantes de los colegios y próximamente engrosaran las filas de los nuevos profesionales y entes del mundo laboral, por lo tanto en el desarrollo de las clases se deben considerar aspectos: cognitivos, actitudinales y tecnológicos pues son necesarios e indispensables para poder desenvolver en el mundo globalizado y tecnificado. En este marco la investigación analiza algunas de las cuestiones claves relacionadas con la utilización del software educativo, el sistema de educación intercultural bilingüe, destacándose en cada una de estas variables de estudio, sus características principales que nos han llevado a determinar que el proceso de aprendizaje debe tender a ser significativa y participativa. Desde esta perspectiva para responder al problema planteado fue necesario desarrollar un proyecto de investigación descriptiva y de campo, real y objetiva; cuyos componentes son concordantes entre sí, fundamentadas en modernas y recientes teorías y enfoques tecnológicos de la educación tecnológica. Para lo que se ha acudido a las estrategias metodológicas adecuadas y debidamente seleccionado, cuyas características abordan entre otras lo descriptivo, explicativo, transversal y comparativo, a más de los métodos deductivo- inductivo, bibliográfico, histórico lógico y científico, que aportaron en la búsqueda de la verdad; y, para la comprobación de la hipótesis se lo hizo a través de un proceso estadístico. Como instrumentos de recolección de datos se utilizó la guía de la encuestas. La población objeto de la investigación estuvo constituida por 31 personas; de los cuales siete son docentes, cinco padres de familia y 19 niños/as del séptimo año básico de la Escuela “Bartolomé de las Casas”. Los datos obtenidos mediante la encuesta revelaron resultados importantes y fueron tabulados, analizados, procesados y representados en tablas y cuadros estadísticos, de los cuales fue posible dar respuesta al problema planteado y la comprobación misma de la hipótesis. Este trabajo cuenta con una información estadística, cuyos contenidos se encuentran en tablas de distribución de frecuencias y una serie de gráficos, apoyados en sus respectivos análisis. De este contenido se pudo extraer las conclusiones y recomendaciones, para luego dar una alternativa de solución al problema planteado a través de una propuesta viable y novedosa como es el software educativo multimedia bilingüe diseñado y elaborado por la investigadora. La propuesta, se centra en la presentación del “Software Educativo Multimedia Bilingüe” en el área de “Ciencias Aplicadas” con la información tomado de la planificación del Séptimo año con tres temáticas: Las plantas, animales y el hombre en español y traducido en kichwa
