Resumen :	The present work whose topic is “Administration in the Superior Education and its institutional impact in the County Bolívar, period 2011”, already in its development it allowed to analyze the state from the superior education to level of Ecuador, today that we have an education system governed by the Constitution of the Republic and the Organic law and its Regulation of Superior Education, in which settles down that all the universities and pubic polytechnic schools should undergo rigorous exams of autoevaluación and evaluation in the perspective of leaving consolidating as credited. Taken this to the practice embarks us in the train of the renovation of all the academic, investigative processes, of institutional administration and on the linking with the collective. Facts that you/they will go evidencing the irlos necessity adapting to the demands of the National Plan of Good to Live and to the politicians that it is guiding them the National Secretary of Planning and Development as regards superior education (SENPLADES), the SENESCYT in the perspective of improving them with base in an integral curricular reformation. In this aspect it is the University of Bolívar located in the category B; that however of not having a Model of Administration that allows him to go observing their linking with the society through the products that are generated in her, the one he/she makes vulnerable to the requirements that as much the State as the society wait an immediate answer and before it, to increase their credibility through the presence of students as well as of changes that mean them to improve notably in their university chore. In this investigation the necessity is clarified of having to establish a Model of Administration in the education superior bolivarense that allows to measure the institutional impact with its chore acted in the County Bolívar in the fixed period and in subsequent. On the base of an investigation eminently participativa where he/she had the presence of authorities and educational of the Alma Mater as well as Authorities 10 and citizens and citizens of the County Bolívar offered interesting information for irla processing and to determine an opportune result. With this work it is hoped to undertake in strengthening the Administration with their so much impact in the university community of the University of Bolívar like at level of the society, their relevancy will be evidenced in the attention that you/they will give to the demands of the society, its feasibility it is oriented from the object until the ends that I will seek to reach, as components that support to the full development and development of the investigation in the Model of Administration. The impact of the University in the social environment will make it with base in the application of the different investigation techniques (as the primary sources) to establish the indicators that measure the performance of the University before the society, with its real facts, originality is demonstrated in each and every one of the components of the investigation, from the identification of the problem until the results that it is aspired to reach. Be therefore holistic aspects that will allow to work with base in the scientific method. He/she consolidates this investigation work expressed in the following chapters: In the first chapter you transcends writing down the philosophical sustenance and several authors' epistemológico and their positions that they allowed to base in contributions with base in the experience of having revised aspects on the administration superior bolivarense, and this way they allow to express the proposal of administration Model. In the chapter second it is described the methodology like means to be used in the investigative process. He/she consolidates in the chapter third with the analysis and discussion of the results reached as the Model of Administration in the superior education and their institutional impact in the County Bolívar.
Descripción :	El presente trabajo cuyo tema es “Gestión en la Educación Superior y su impacto institucional en la Provincia Bolívar, período 2011”, ya en su desarrollo permitió analizar el estado de la educación superior a nivel de Ecuador, hoy que contamos con un sistema de educación regido por la Constitución de la República y la Ley Orgánica y su Reglamento de Educación Superior, en la cual se establece que todas las universidades y escuelas politécnicas púbicas deben someterse a exámenes rigurosos de autoevaluación y evaluación en la perspectiva de irse consolidando como acreditadas. Llevado esto a la práctica nos embarca en el tren de la renovación de todos los procesos académicos, investigativos, de gestión institucional y sobre la vinculación con la colectividad. Hechos que irán evidenciando la necesidad de irlos adecuando a las exigencias del Plan Nacional de Buen Vivir y a las políticas que en materia de educación superior las está orientando la Secretaría Nacional de Planificación y Desarrollo (SENPLADES), la SENESCYT en la perspectiva de mejorarlas con base en una reforma curricular integral. En este aspecto es la Universidad de Bolívar situada en la categoría B; que sin embargo de no contar con un Modelo de Gestión que le permita ir observando su vinculación con la sociedad a través de los productos que en ella se generan, la hace vulnerable a los requerimientos que tanto el Estado como la sociedad esperan una respuesta inmediata y ante ello, acrecentar su credibilidad a través de la presencia de estudiantes productores de conocimiento como también de cambios que les signifiquen mejorar notablemente en su quehacer universitario. En esta investigación se clarifica la necesidad de disponer de un Modelo de Gestión en la educación superior bolivarense que permita medir el impacto institucional con su quehacer actuado en la Provincia Bolívar en el período fijado y en períodos subsiguientes. Sobre la base de una investigación eminentemente participativa que contó con la presencia de autoridades y docentes del Alma Mater así como Autoridades y 8 ciudadanos y ciudadanas de la Provincia Bolívar ofrecieron interesante información para irla procesando y determinar un resultado oportuno. Con este trabajo se espera emprender en fortalecer la Gestión con su impacto tanto en la comunidad universitaria de la Universidad de Bolívar como a nivel de la sociedad, su pertinencia estará evidenciada en la atención que darán a las demandas de la sociedad, su factibilidad está orientada desde el objeto hasta los fines que se pretenderá alcanzar, como componentes que apoyen al pleno desarrollo y desenvolvimiento de la investigación y la vinculación con la comunidad en el Modelo de Gestión. El impacto de la Universidad en el ámbito social se lo hace con base en la aplicación de las diferentes técnicas de investigación (como las fuentes primarias) para establecer los indicadores que midan la actuación de la Universidad ante la sociedad, con sus hechos reales, se demuestra originalidad en todos y cada uno de los componentes de la investigación, desde la identificación de la problemática hasta los resultados que se aspira alcanzar. Sean por lo tanto aspectos holísticos que permitirán trabajar con base en el método científico. Se consolida este trabajo de investigación expresada en los siguientes capítulos: En el capítulo primero se trasciende anotando el sustento filosófico y epistemológico de varios autores y sus posiciones que permitieron fundamentar en aportes con base en la experiencia de haber revisado aspectos sobre la gestión superior bolivarense, y de esta manera permiten expresar la propuesta de Modelo de gestión. En el capítulo segundo está descrito la metodología como medios a emplearse en el proceso investigativo. Se consolida en el capítulo tercero con el análisis y discusión de los resultados alcanzados como el Modelo de Gestión en la educación superior y su impacto institucional en la Provincia Bolívar.
