Resumen :	Objetivo: Conocer las experiencias del adulto mayor de las comunidades (Casipamba y el Pongo) sobre el trato humanizado proporcionado por el personal de enfermería, a través de entrevistas a profundidad y así identificar la relación enfermera – paciente del Centro de Salud Vinchoa. Metodología: Investigación de tipo cualitativo con enfoque fenomenológico, que tiene sus bases teóricas en la filosofía, su estrategia más significativa para la recolección de la información es la entrevista a profundidad. La misma que contó con 11 usuarios adultos mayores de las comunidades, 6 de Casipamba y 5 del Pongo, pertenecientes al Centro de Salud Vinchoa, que están dentro del Programa del Adulto Mayor, la muestra fue de tipo conveniencia no probabilístico, dichas entrevistas fueron grabadas y transcritas textualmente. En base a la revisión de toda la información obtenida y asociando a las 10 preguntas de reflexión que constan en las entrevistas realizadas a los adultos mayores, se generaron 4 categorías núcleo: Mis ideas sobre el trato humanizado, satisfacción por el trato de enfermería, experiencias de mi atención y forjando un trato humanizado y a partir de ellas surgen 7 subcategorías, el método de análisis fue a través del software ATLAS TI, que categorizó la información en jerarquía de códigos, memos y citas, previo la elaboración de una unidad hermenéutica. Resultados: Podemos recalcar como resultado que la información proporcionada en la entrevista los adultos mayores identifican al trato humanizado como una atención rápida y que principalmente está relacionada con la amabilidad y la dedicación que les prestan los profesionales de enfermería al momento de tratar con el adulto. Conclusiones: Los adultos mayores definen al trato humanizado como un buen trato, una atención rápida, donde ellos sean partícipes y se sientan ayudados para mejorar su salud y calidad de vida.
Descripción :	Objective: To know the experiences of the elderly of the communities (Casipamba and Pongo) about the humanized treatment provided by the nursing staff, through in-depth interviews and thus identify the nurse-patient relationship of the Vinchoa Health Center. Methodology: Qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, which has its theoretical basis in philosophy, its most significant strategy for information gathering is the in-depth interview. The same one that had 11 elderly adult users from the communities, 6 from Casipamba and 5 from Pongo, belonging to the Vinchoa Health Center, which are within the Senior Adult Program, the sample was of a non-probabilistic convenience type, said interviews were recorded and transcribed verbatim. Based on the review of all the information obtained and associating the 10 reflection questions that appear in the interviews with the elderly, 4 core categories were generated: My ideas about humanized treatment, satisfaction with nursing treatment, experiences of my attention and forging a humanized treatment and from them 7 subcategories arise, the method of analysis was through the software ATLAS TI, which categorized the information in hierarchy of codes, memos and appointments, prior to the development of a hermeneutical unit. Results: We can emphasize that, as a result, the information provided in the interview, older adults identify humanized treatment as rapid attention and that it is mainly related to the kindness and dedication provided by nursing professionals when dealing with the adult. Conclusions: Older adults define humanized treatment as good treatment, quick attention, where they are participants and feel helped to improve their health and quality of life.
