Resumen :	El presente proyecto de titulación denominado, Proceso de Atención de Enfermería, en Termorregulación del Neonato a través del Modelo de Madeleine Leininger en el Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro, en la sala de Neonatología Ciudad de Guaranda Provincia Bolívar periodo septiembre-diciembre 2018, tiene como Objetivo: Construir el proceso de atención en enfermería y termorregulación del neonato, a través del modelo Madeleine Leininger, es una investigación cuali-cuantitativa donde identifica las necesidades reales y potenciales del neonato en termorregulación, por lo cual es necesario que el personal establezca un plan de cuidados individualizados, logrando la mejoría del paciente. Método: se aplica una guía de valoración según el modelo transcultural de Madeleine Leininger, mediante las entrevistas a 10 madres de familia de recién nacidos para conocer sus creencias, costumbres y tradiciones culturales al cuidado del neonato con alteraciones de termorregulación, también se aplicó una encuesta de conocimiento a las 11 licenciadas de Enfermería del área de Neonatología, sobre el modelo de Madeleine Leininger, aplicando a la Taxonomía de Nanda, Noc, Nic. Por medio de las entrevistas se aplicó el método de análisis en el software ATLAS TI, que caracterizó la información en jerarquía de códigos, memos y citas previo a la elaboración de una unidad hermenéutica. Descripción :	The present project of titration, Process of Nursing Care, in Thermoregulation of the Neonate through the Model of Madeleine Leininger in the Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Hospital, in the neonatology ward of Ciudad de Guaranda, Bolívar Province, September - December 2018 period, has as a Build the nursing care process and the thermoregulation of the newborn, through the Madeleine Leininger model, qualitative quantitative research where the real needs and the personnel that is related to an individualized attention plan are identified, achieving the improvement of the patient. Method: an assessment guide is applied according to the transcultural model of Madeleine Leininger, through interviews with 10 mothers of newborns to take into account the customs and traditions in the newborn with alterations in thermoregulation, a survey of knowledge to the 11 nursing graduates of the area of neonatology, on the model of Madeleine Leininger, applying to the taxonomy of Nanda, Noc, Nic. The method of analysis in the ATLAS TI software, which is characterized by the information in the hierarchy of codes, notes and citations prior to the elaboration of a hermeneutic unit, is applied through the interviews.
