Título :	Evaluación de 3 niveles de bovinaza en la conversión alimenticia, eficiencia y ganancia de peso de cerdos en etapa de engorde

Resumen :	La presente tesis realizo una evaluación de 3 niveles de “bovinaza” (10, 20 y 30%) en la conversión alimenticia, eficiencia y ganancia de peso de cerdos en etapa de engorde, así que nos propusimos evaluar la eficiencia de 3 niveles de bovinaza en la conversión alimenticia y ganancia de peso en la etapa de engorde, determinar el mejor porcentaje de inclusión de bovinaza en la dieta, establecer la digestibilidad de las dietas mediante un análisis proximal y conocer las posibles alteraciones de los parámetros sanguíneos en los animales en nuestra investigación. Para la presente investigación, el diseño experimental que se utilizó fue un diseño de bloques completamente al azar (DBCA) con 4 tratamientos y 6 repeticiones, con un total de 24 unidades experimentales, cerdos de 4 meses de edad cruza (F3) con un peso promedio inicial de 32.5kg. Los resultados experimentales demostraron durante la etapa de engorde diferencias estadísticas significativas, donde se pudo observar que la bovinaza junto al balanceado comercial aportó efectos favorables en la producción. En base a estos resultados podemos recomendar el adicionamiento del 10% de bovinaza al balanceado comercial (T2) la cual obtuvo un peso final promedio de 66kg. En cuanto a las alteraciones hematológicas, pudimos evidenciar que no hubo alteraciones marcadas en la bioquímica sanguínea que demuestra un resultado satisfactorio de la elaboración de la dieta que lo demostramos con el análisis bromatológico del mismo. Mediante un análisis bromatológico se realizó el análisis proximal de la dieta que se suministró en la investigación, así pudimos determinar que la dieta con mayor digestibilidad fue la del tratamiento dos (T2) con una ganancia de peso total de 36Kg obteniendo un mayor peso al final en comparación con T3 28Kg y T4 24Kg.
Descripción :	This thesis made an evaluation of 3 “bovinaza” levels (10, 20 and 30%) in the feed conversion, efficiency and weight gain of pigs in the fattening stage, so we set out to evaluate the efficiency of 3 bovine levels in the nutritional conversion and weight gain in the fattening stage, determine the best percentage of bovine inclusion in the diet, establish the digestibility of the diets through a proximal analysis and know the possible alterations of the blood parameters in the animals in our investigation. For the present investigation, the experimental design that was used was a completely randomized block design (DBCA) with 4 treatments and 6 repetitions, with a total of 24 experimental units, pigs of 4 months old crosses (F3) with a weight initial average of 32.5kg. The experimental results showed significant statistical differences during the fattening stage, where it was observed that the bovinaza together with the commercial equilibrium contributed favorable effects in the production. Based on these results we can recommend the addition of 10% bovine to the commercial balance (T2) which obtained an average final weight of 66kg. As for the hematological alterations, we could show that there were no marked alterations in the blood biochemistry that shows a satisfactory result of the elaboration of the diet that we show with the bromatological analysis of the same. Through a bromatological analysis the proximal analysis of the diet that was provided in the investigation was carried out, so we could determine that the diet with the highest digestibility was that of treatment two (T2) with a total weight gain of 36Kg, obtaining a greater weight at the end compared to T3 28 Kg and T4 24 Kg.
