Resumen :	Ecuadorian education requires a substantial change, where the main objective is the quality of training of the student, ie, the constant search for excellence of students, based on effectiveness and efficiency of teaching methods applied during teaching. The quality of education depends primarily on the teaching of how to comply with the administrative functions known as: planning, organization, direction and control, leading to personal growth, ethical, spiritual and creative student, the way is committed to thoroughly study the country's social reality and to play the true role of education. The State University of Bolivar, Educational Institution, it has allowed to elevate the knowledge by means of the Master in Educational Management and I eat maestrante the topic it has been investigated The Educational Management and the active strategies of the learning in the use of the Technology of Information and Communication for the professional development of the educational ones in the area of Social Studies of the Fiscal School Dr. José María Velasco Ibarra of the canton Miracle, County of the Guayas. Period 2010 - 2011. I have the challenge like educating of the youth in the Social subject of Study to give the best effort and if I realize that the education has to advance at the same time with the technology. I see the importance of looking for new strategies that help me to use the technology of information and communication like support of the classes and control of the daily activities, at the present time the students they use the tics to play and to communicate among them without obtaining any educational profit, and for the teachers this becomes a distractor since a lot of time they happen and they fulfill the classes or the activities that are commended fifty-fifty. Treatment of putting in the Theoretical Marco a series of information relating the three axes of this project that it is the management, the active strategies of the learning and the tics. The objective to Determine as the Tics can improve the active strategies of the learning to increase the professional level of the manager of classroom of the area of social studies in the period 2010-2011 in the Fiscal School Dr. José María Velasco Ibarra. Several methods were used in the process like it was the descriptive methodology, of field, bibliographical and I eat modality of the investigation you use the survey that I apply them to the educational ones and students. The population for this project was of 3828 and the sample of 362 which I calculate it to him with one you/he/she formulates statistic. The solution proposal is of applying trainings to the educational of the area of social guiding to improve its professional profile giving them to know how they can use the technology in its classes and in the control of the activities. The beneficiaries of this project are the students, the educational ones and the educational institution, it is for that reason that this thesis project is so important.
Descripción :	La Universidad Estatal de Bolívar, Institución Educativa, ha permitido elevar el conocimiento mediante la Maestría en Gerencia Educativa y como maestrante se ha investigado el tema La Gerencia Educativa y las estrategias activas del aprendizaje en el uso de la Tecnología de Información y Comunicación para el desarrollo profesional de los docentes en el Área de Estudios Sociales del Colegio Fiscal Dr. José María Velasco Ibarra del cantón Milagro, Provincia del Guayas. Periodo 2010 - 2011.Tengo el desafío como educadora de la juventud en la asignatura de Estudio Sociales dar el mejor esfuerzo y si me doy cuenta que la educación tiene que avanzar a la par con la tecnología. Veo la importancia de buscar nuevas estrategias que me ayuden a usar la tecnología de información y comunicación como soporte de las clases y control de las actividades diarias, en la actualidad los estudiantes usan la tics para jugar y comunicarse entre ellos sin obtener ningún provecho educativo, y para los maestros esto se vuelve un distractor ya que pasan mucho tiempo y cumplen a medias con las clases o las actividades que se les encomienda. Trato de poner en el Marco Teórico una serie de información relacionando los tres ejes de este proyecto que es la gerencia, las estrategias activas del aprendizaje y las tics. El objetivo Determinar como las Tics puede mejorar las estrategias activas del aprendizaje para aumentar el nivel profesional del gerente de aula del área de estudios sociales en el período 2010-2011 en el Colegio Fiscal Dr. José María Velasco Ibarra. Se utilizaron varios métodos en el proceso como fue la metodología descriptiva, de campo, bibliográfica y como modalidad de la investigación se uso la encuesta que se las aplico a los docentes y estudiantes. La población para este proyecto fue de 3828 y la muestra de 362 la cual se la calculo con una formula estadística. La propuesta de solución es de aplicar capacitaciones a los docentes del área de sociales orientando a mejorar su perfil profesional dándoles a conocer cómo pueden usar la tecnología en sus clases y en el control de las actividades. Los beneficiarios de este proyecto son los estudiantes, los docentes y la institución educativa, es por eso que este proyecto de tesis es tan importante.
