Resumen :	El siguiente trabajo de investigación hace referencia a las Competencias Cognitivas de la Mediación Pedagógica está basada fundamentalmente en corrientes teóricas cuya aplicación y desarrollo demuestra transformaciones vitales en los participantes generando aprendizajes significativos, pero esta problemática radica en la falta de una capacitación continua, la misma que aporte a la mejora de conocimientos, estrategias, métodos y técnicas que aporten a un efectivo proceso educativo. Para el presente trabajo “Fortalecimiento de las Competencias Cognitivas en la Mediación Pedagógica del Programa Prenatal para los profesionales de la Fundación de Waal Ecuador en el periodo enero a diciembre 2015”, se ha fortalecido ésta investigación con la construcción de la teoría científica orientado a la comprensión de la variable competencias cognitivas, así como también a la variable mediación pedagógica, tanto con fuentes de trabajos escritos por varios autores y archivos de multimedia, a fin de poder comprobar la hipótesis planteada que la mediación pedagógica contribuye al fortalecimiento de las competencias cognitivas de los profesionales dentro del programa Prenatal de la fundación. El problema que se detectó en la fundación fue la poca aplicación de una metodología pedagógica a fin de mejorar la capacitación a otros profesionales de los diferentes ministerios que tienen relación al proceso Prenatal Para la presente investigación abarcó una población de 1 autoridad, 40 monitores/, a los mismos que se aplicó los instrumentos como la encuesta a los monitores y la entrevista a la directora ejecutiva. Con la utilización de los métodos de la estrategia metodológica se pudo aplicar los diferentes métodos de investigación, tal es el caso del método de investigación acción que permitió aplicar un programa de formación pedagógica para los monitores de la fundación como solución al problema encontrado, como parte de la estrategia de cambio. Una vez aplicado los instrumentos de recolección de datos, los mismos que se tabuló para trasformar en cuadros, gráficos, así como también en el análisis e interpretación de los resultados; el mismo proceso se realizó con el análisis de la entrevista a la directora ejecutiva, para establecer las conclusiones y recomendaciones que ayudaron a comprobar la hipótesis. Descripción :	He following investigation work makes reference to the Cognitive Competitions of the Pedagogic Mediation it is based fundamentally in theoretical currents whose application and development demonstrates vital transformations in the participants generating significant learnings, but this problem resides in the lack of a continuous training, the same one that contributes to the improvement of knowledge, strategies, methods and technical that contribute to a cash educational process. For the present work “Invigoration of the Cognitive Competitions in the Pedagogic Mediation of the Prenatal Program for the professionals of the Foundation of Waal Ecuador in the period January to December 2015”, he/she has strengthened this investigation with the construction of the scientific theory guided to the understanding of the variable cognitive competitions, as well as to the variable pedagogic mediation, so much with sources of works written by several authors and multimedia files, in order to be able to check the outlined hypothesis that the pedagogic mediation contributes to the invigoration of the cognitive competitions of the professionals inside the Prenatal program of the foundation. The problem that was detected in the foundation was the little application of a pedagogic methodology in order to improve the training to other professionals of the different ministries that have relationship to the Prenatal process For the present investigation a population of 1 authority embraced, 40 monitors /, to the same ones that you/he/she was applied the instruments like the survey to the monitors and the interview to the Executive Director. With the use of the methods of the methodological strategy you could apply the different investigation methods, such it is the case of the method of investigation action that allowed to apply a program of pedagogic formation for the monitors of 12 the foundation like solution to the opposing problem, like part of the strategy of change. Once applied the instruments of gathering of data, the same ones that it was tabulated for trasformar in squares, graphics, as well as in the analysis and interpretation of the results; the same process was carried out with the analysis from the interview to the Executive Director, the summations and recommendations that you/they helped to check the hypothesis to settle down. Lastly this work has a bibliography that substantiates the scientific theory, the annexes as the instruments of gathering of data and the pictures of evidences of the investigation.
