Resumen :	Nuestro presente trabajo titulado: ROL DEL CUIDADOR INFORMAL EN PACIENTES CON HEMOFILIA DEL HOSPITAL ALFREDO NOBOA MONTENEGRO DE LA CIUDAD DE GUARANDA, PROVINCIA BOLÍVAR, PERÍODO JULIO 2016-FEBRERO DEL 2017, logramos satisfacer las necesidades del cuidador mediante capacitaciones para reformar la atención a los pacientes hemofílicos con una enfermedad rara que no es conocida por muchas personas ni por prestadores de atención en salud. Al conocer cuál es rol del cuidador informal en pacientes con hemofilia del Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro de la Ciudad de Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar, determinaremos las principales necesidades para brindar la ayuda necesaria por igual cuidador-paciente para mejor la calidad de vida. El estudio lo realizamos a los cuidadores de los pacientes hemofílicos en los diferentes domicilios mediante encuestas a 30 cuidadores informales para impartirles conocimientos. Cuidar de alguien no es fácil requiere ayuda, implica hacer cambios pues la vida da un giro y muchas cosas que nos hemos planteado hacer se verán afectadas, impactaran nuestro bolsillo, se sacrificará actividades y generan adversidades que hay que equilibrar. Dentro de los diferentes papeles que cumple el cuidador encontramos deficiencia en algunas situaciones ante el cuidado del paciente hemofílico, pero logramos enriquecerles con nuestra investigación. Descripción :	Our present work entitled: ROL OF THE INFORMAL CAREGIVER IN HEMOPHILIA PATIENTS OF THE ALFREDO NOBOA MONTENEGRO HOSPITAL OF THE CITY OF GUARANDA, BOLÍVAR PROVINCE, PERIOD JULY 2016-FEBRUARY 2017, we were able to satisfy the caregiver's needs through training to reform patient care Hemophiliacs with a rare disease that is not known to many people or health care providers. Knowing the role of the informal caregiver in patients with hemophilia at the Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Hospital in the City of Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar, we will determine the main needs to provide the necessary help by the same caregiver-patient to better the quality of life. The study was carried out to the caregivers of hemophiliac patients in the different domiciles through surveys of 30 informal caregivers to impart knowledge. Taking care of someone is not easy. It requires help, it involves making changes because life takes a turn and many things that we have set out to do will be affected, impact our pocket, sacrifice activities and create adversities that need to be balanced. Within the different roles that the caregiver fulfills we find deficiency in some situations before the care of the hemophilic patient but we managed to enrich them with our investigation.
