dc.description.abstractEstimado lector, sírvase encontrar esta investigación titulada; calidad de atención brindada por el personal de enfermería a los pacientes mayores de 65 hasta los 80 años, que acuden al área de preparación en el Centro de Salud de Latacunga durante el periodo mayo – septiembre 2016, el mismo que consta de su planteamiento del problema que dice así: La calidad de atención brindada por el personal de enfermería influye en los pacientes mayores de 65 hasta los 80 años que acuden al área de preparación en el Centro de Salud de Latacunga, seguidamente el planteamiento del objetivo general de la siguiente manera: Determinar la calidad de atención brindada por el personal de Enfermería a los pacientes mayores de 65 hasta los 80 años, en el área de preparación del Centro de Salud de Latacunga periodo mayo – septiembre 2016, dando como tarea a los objetivos específicos: Identificar la calidad de atención brindada por el personal de enfermería en el área de preparación en el Centro de Salud Latacunga a los pacientes mayores de 65 hasta los 80 años. Realizar una capacitación dirigida al personal de enfermería del Centro de Salud Latacunga sobre: la calidad, Proceso de envejecimiento, rol de enfermería frente al paciente adulto mayor. Implementar el área de post-consulta en el Centro de Salud Latacunga. El marco científico, hace relación a los estudios relacionados con esta temática, a continuación, podrá encontrar las estrategias metodológicas, con sus resultados, las conclusiones y recomendaciones y por ultimo encontrará los anexos, como prueba del trabajo realizado.en_US
