Resumen :	Estimado lector, nos permitimos presentarle el siguiente tema de investigación: EL CONOCIMIENTO SOBRE HIGIENE DE MANOS UNA PRÁCTICA ASISTENCIAL QUE PREVIENE LAS INFECCIONES CRUZADAS POR PARTE DEL PERSONAL Y USUARIO EN EL ÁREA DE CIRUGÍA DEL HOSPITAL ALFREDO NOBOA MONTENEGRO DEL CANTÓN GUARANDA PROVINCIA DE BOLÍVAR EN EL PERIODO 2015. Podemos decir que se hizo una breve introducción, la misma que da a conocer la importancia que tiene este trabajo investigativo. Cabe señalar que esta investigación es de carácter descriptivo, porque recoge toda información necesaria de quienes están al frente de la sala de cirugía, con el fin de detectar si tiene conocimiento el personal asistencial sobre la higiene de manos con respecto a infecciones asociadas a la asistencia sanitaria, en el servicio de cirugía del Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro del cantón Guaranda provincia de Bolívar. El problema de investigación, El desconocimiento del personal asistencial y usuarios sobre higiene de manos puede ocasionar infecciones asociadas a la asistencia sanitaria, en el servicio de cirugía del hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro del cantón Guaranda provincia de Bolívar en el periodo 2015. Los objetivos: Concienciar al personal asistencial y usuarios sobre higiene de manos disminuye las infecciones asociadas a la asistencia sanitaria, en el área de cirugía. De igual forma se ha justificado el trabajo hablando de lo importante que es esta investigación, la necesidad de dar a conocer los riesgos, al no lavarse las manos en momentos de ingresar a cirugía, la factibilidad, la originalidad, quienes son sus beneficiarios. A continuación sírvase encontrar la teoría científica, en donde se involucra a autores que realizaron trabajos formidables y comprobados científicamente, en donde se engloban de manera concreta la asistencia sanitaria relacionado con uno de los roles de enfermería en la acreditación hospitalaria, en el área de cirugía.
Descripción :	Dear reader, allow us to present the following research topic: KNOWLEDGE ON HAND HYGIENE A CARE THAT PREVENTS INFECTIONS CROSSED BY STAFF AND USER IN THE AREA OF SURGERY HOSPITAL ALFREDO NOBOA MONTENEGRO CANTON GUARANDA PROVINCE OF BOLIVAR IN PERIOD 2015. We can say that was a brief introduction, the same one that teaches the importance of this research work. It notes that this research is descriptive, because collects all necessary information from those in charge of the operating room, in order to detect if you have knowledge of caregivers on hand hygiene regarding care-associated infections health, in the surgery department of the Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Canton Guaranda Bolivar province. The research problem, the lack of caregivers and users about hand hygiene can cause infections associated with health care in the surgery department of the hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Canton Guaranda Bolivar province in the period 2015. The objectives: Raising awareness the nursing staff and users about hand hygiene reduces the associated health care, in the area of surgery infections. Likewise work is warranted talking about how important this research, the need to raise awareness of the risks, not washing hands at a time to enter surgery, feasibility, originality, who are its beneficiaries. Below please find scientific theory, where authors who made formidable work and scientifically tested, where are included concretely healthcare related to one of the roles of nursing in the hospital accreditation in the area of surgery is involved
