All this for the sole purpose of getting closer to academic excellence, the School of Modality Matrix Management, Faculty of Sciences Business Management and Information Management, State University of Bolivar. It should take into account the paramount premise involves Educational Leadership and its influence when being exercised by teachers and authorities benefit learners, qualities, types of leadership, and the impact it has on each. The personality and leadership is molded in education undoubtedly superior largely defines the quality of professional award University society, have there its great importance. This paper focuses on the importance of leadership from the point of view Education. Remember that the poor leadership in today's teaching certain tertiary education, not focused on the inability of both teachers, but especially their unconscious conflicts, motivations and needs unmet. Indifference, sarcasm, authoritarianism, permissiveness, the low expectations for student achievement, contribute to the failure of education. External factors such as budgets, educational infrastructure and teaching techniques are of secondary importance. We may affirm it requires therefore an Educational Leadership do arouse multitude of fantasies, dreams, images of possible morning from sanctuaries imagination, above the cold and practical "realism," keep our feet on the earth. An education system based in "give the right answers" is psychologically unhealthy. This promotes conformity of conduct or judgment, and stifles innovation. Address the critical analysis of the problems involved in driving the education is of great importance, closer to academic excellence comes to be an inescapable challenge to the institutional growth because it offers diagnose needs and consider alternatives of action to reduce or fully solve. But that's not all, also makes it possible to identify states real and desirability of a state of improvement of educational practice.
