The human being, by its very nature is a relational being,cannot be isolated from society because there is a reciprocal relationship between the individual and society. The company in turn, works on the coordinated efforts of the individuals comprising it. Education, whether formal or informal, preparing to take their place in society. Depending on the policy implemented or actors approach seeks to adapt and integrate the social system or can prepare to participate in social transformation processes. Given the many everyday problems society faces, it is obvious that education is needed to prepare to contribute to the process of transformation in order to build a society based on the principles of unity and justice and to establish lasting world peace. It is the little practice of cognitive leadership which in turn does not allow performing the cooperative skills that characterize people and this premise this investigative problem arises. We define the research problem from the variables “cognitive leadership" and" cooperative skills" key to effective learning in students of rural schools, especially those that make up the organization CODIAG., Which are displayed on a graphic organizer and then describe their causes and consequences. Formulated the problem, justification is made and establishes the research objectives addressed equally, it is hypothesized -checked and operationalize each of the variables. In Chapter I, consolidates the theoretical framework that gives scientific approach to work and theories that comprise: scientific, with themes related to cognitive leadership and cooperative skills, conceptual, with the definitions that will be used; referential, comprising same or similar work have elements themed to support, situational, which describes the geographical and historical context where this investigation and legal establishment, with the main arguments of educational legislation. Chapter II focuses on the methodological, here is stated the research design as well as the universe, processing plan of research, methods and techniques used and change strategies as alternative solutions to the problem. In Chapter III analyzed and interpreted the results of fieldwork: students and representatives surveys, interviews executives. It supports in charts and graphs that provide a comprehensive overview of each question posed. Document is completed with conclusions and recommendations, reference and exhibits have been thought necessary to include them.
