    The present investigation to obtain the title of Master of Educational Management, researches, concerning the subject entitled " MANAGEMENT PROCESSES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE FIRST YEAR OF BACHELOR OF UNIFIED GENERAL PEDRO CARBO CENTENARY COLLEGE, THE CANTON GUARANDA, BOLIVAR PROVINCE DURING THE PERIOD 2013 - 2014 same , will become a significant contribution to the educational administration of the institution whose beneficiaries are members of the educational community shaped by authorities, teachers, administrators, service personnel, students, parents family and community guarandeña and bolivarense . The present research degree work contains the basic lines for the implementation of administrative model aimed at the empowerment of a new management style in the correlation dynamics among stakeholders to achieve organizational climate focused on student activity as the principle and purpose of the new curriculum structure. The contents are designed within the functional structure to apply based didactic teaching. The first part contains introductory aspects that outline the importance of the issue in terms of a research thread linked to the establishment of the problem, where the objective answer to solving the problem, by applying the hypothesis that tries to become the early solution to the issue of the proposed research.
