Implicit theory in education is an essential element that contributes greatly to improve the learning process of students. Similarly teaching practice is responsible for driving the lives of young people and adolescents that is full of fullness, allowing the growth and development of personality as being productive in society and particularly as a teacher and guide many young generations. Humans have been led to an improvement of life values, enabling it to give a real sense of unity, integrity and harmony in the various aspects of knowledge and socially and politically can live in harmony, teaching practice it is one of the instruments fundamental for the integral development of students. The education system despite having support in the Education Act, does not care to know whether teachers are professionally trained in this to pedagogical theories, they implicitly belong together teachers, this is the case, that has not motivated to do our research and detailed study trying to determine the causes and effects that implicit theories of teachers in the teaching practices of the School Adolfo Jurado City Windows, Los Rios province. By the above, we present a proposal to be applied where urgent action will allow to raise, the same that will be executed for the benefit of the internal and external stakeholders of this site. Then we deliver to our research, where they find the real action of the School Adolfo Jurado, for which we propose an alternative solution.
